Itinerary – a planned route or journey.

Things To Do List – A list of errands and other tasks – often written on a piece of paper as a memory aid
– that one needs or intends to accomplish.
List of Suppliers – is an entity that supplies goods and services to another organization.

General Tour Report – is a document that contains information on outcomes, results, and efficiencies,
and other things that are directly related to the tour.
Daily Tour Report – an exposure trip to a place of educational or historical importance. A Report of tour
has to be prepared by all tour guides daily.

Time Sheets – is a physical or virtual tool that allows you to record and keep track of your worked time.
Copies of Confirmation – a copy (often a photocopy) of a primary document that has on it an
endorsement or certificate that it is a true copy of the primary document.

Expense sheet – A report that tracks expenses incurred during the course of performing necessary job
functions.
Rooming List – a printed or electronic list or roster of guests and their lodging needs and preferences
presented to a hotel prior to a meeting or a trip.

Passenger List – a list of the passengers on a bus, ship or plane that is submitted by the master to
customs officials at destinations or ports visited.
Blank Seating Chart – also known as the seating plan which is a diagram or a set of written or spoken
instructions that determines where people should take their seats.
Optional Tour List – features that are not included in the base tour price, such as meals, upgrades, or
special activities that are specific to the tour being booked.

Passenger Questionnaire – a set of printed or written questions with a choice of answers, devised for
the purposes of a survey or statistical study for the passengers.
Emergency Form – a form that contains contact information of your parents or guardians and
insurances if there is an unexpected and difficult or dangerous situation, especially an accident, which
happens suddenly and which requires quick action to deal with it.

Personal Digital Assistant (PDAs) – a handheld device that combines computing, telephone/fax, Internet
and networking features. It can be functioned as a cellular phone, fax sender, Web browser and
personal organizer.
