Authentic Chinese Recipe (own recipe)
Recipe Name: “Stir-Fried Noodles with Tofu in a Black Bean Sauce” Yield: 4 Servings
Procedure:
1. Perform mis en place. Prepare all tools and equipment needed and measure and cut
ingredients.
2. Stir-fry noodles in hot oil. Set aside.
3. Heat wok then add oil. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add tofu and carrots.
4. Add the black bean sauce, chinese rice wine, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame
oil. Add also the noodles and stir-fry until the sauce boils and thickens slightly. Lastly, add the
cabbage. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately and garnish with chives.
