2. What is accounting according to you


Answer : in my opinion ,accounting is an activity in identifying, calculating,
classifying and assessing an event related to finance or activities that can produce
quantitative data and qualitative data, especially those of a financial nature and used
in decision making

3. Please tell us kinds of the jobs in accounting (mins. 3) with the definition of
it.
Answer:
a. Bookkeeping, Bookkeeping is the recording, on a day-to-day basis, of the financial
transactions and information pertaining to a business. It ensures that records of the
individual financial transactions are correct, up-to-date and comprehensive
b. Accountant, a person who trained to prepare and maintain financial records.
c. Tax Accountant, a person who making process that focuses on tax issues -
including filing tax returns and planning for future tax responsibilities - as opposed to
the preparation of financial statements.
d. Internal Audit,an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity
designed to add value and improve an organization's operations. It helps an
organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach
to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and
governance processes.
e. External Audit, a company audit which is performed by a party which is not a
department or employed by business to be audited, are very commonly performed.

4. Write down min 3 differences between bookkeeping and accounting


Answer:
1. An accountant is in charge of assessing and interpreting the financial data of a
company, and for reporting on it.

2. An accountant has a higher skill set than a bookkeeper, whose primary


responsibility is handling the actual recording of the company’s financial transactions.
3. An accountant usually has a degree or certification (CPA), and is paid better than a
bookkeeper. Typically, a bookkeeper reports to the accountant.

4. A bookkeeper does not require any formal training, however a bookkeeper’s job is
important. The information a bookkeeper is responsible for gathering and managing
affects how an accountant will interpret the financial information of the company.

5. Based on this information, the accountant provides recommendations to


management or the company’s owners about spending, tax issues or other financial
concerns.

Answer : in the future I want to gain experience by becoming an accountant and will
continue to hone my knowledge. until someday I will make my own company with
