blessings and guidance I can complete a proposal entitled "Making Web-Based
Tuition Payment Applications" in accordance with my knowledge and abilities.

Presentation of this proposal is compiled by systematic writing with

BACKGROUND

The development of technology and information goes so fast and rapidly.

This is because the need for technology and information is very high to help
various types of human work, one of which is the field of education.

In the world of education, especially schools there is still a lot of work done
in the conventional way. One of them is the payment of school fees which
still uses books to record data on student fees. School fees are funds
donated for ongoing educational activities in an institution. Payment of
tuition fees that are still done in the conventional way have deficiencies in
data management

In some schools in Indonesia there are still many who still pay school fees by
conventional means. This causes several problems such as the process of
finding data that will take a lot of time and effort if there is enough data.
Large amounts of data will continue to accumulate resulting in quite difficult
to store it. When in storage too prone to damage and loss of data.
Therefore, we need a transfer and change in the process of manually
managing school fees payment data to become computer-based data
management.

From the above problem, the researcher intends to develop a web-based

information system that is expected to help manage school fees payment
data better. The information system will be equipped with a Telegram bot
and QR code feature to make it easier for parents / guardians of students to
check their child's SPP payment data.

WHAT IS
TOSEN ?
ToSen is a web-based application that can help
schools and parents/students in the process of
paying tuition fees. ToSen can assist in the
management of tuition fee data and be a bridge for
schools and parents/students in checking school
fees.

WHY TOSEN
?
Unlike other tuition payment applications. ToSen can
also be accessed by parents/students to assist them
in monitoring information on their children's tuition
fees. ToSen is also equipped with Telegram bot
which can help both parties in communicating as
well as QR codes that aim to facilitate data access.
