INTRODUCTION
Charming Holidays is a tour and travel company is owned by Mr. Ashish Kumar. This
organization is established in 2000 and they are having a very successful market. The
company provides services in the tourism industry from the last 19years and they have
very satisfied customers. They provide also car facilities and provide bus services.
Now they want to expand their business online so customers can book online no need
to call in the office or visiting at the agency.
In India, the client has a tourism business 'Charming Holidays' from the last 19 years
and he wants to expand it and decided to make it online. So, he approached us to make
a website that will expand his business globally.

SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES

 Help in reducing the file work

 Huge time will be saved

 The database will be maintained so properly so that managing and

keeping a record will be very easy. 
 The system is fully integrated

 Quicker access to information to the administration

 The booking system will be very much effective and maintains

only one data so there will be no duplication.

The objectives of this project are listed below

TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES
 The data and information should be easy to maintain.
 There should be a user-friendly interface so that anyone with basic knowledge
can operate it easily.
 Every user should have access to their portal as per there role
 It is web-based

SCHEDULE OBJECTIVES
 Planning, proposal, definition report, analysis report, presentation by the end of
week 10 of the first term
 Design & development in the second and third term

COST OBJECTIVES
Our group will develop and deliver the project. Exhausting resources and skills from
ourselves will help reduce costs as well. Introducing our website to the market is also
considered and different marketing strategies like newspapers, Facebook ads or
something get a portion of the allowance allotted put up our website.

PROCESSES
An ample of technologies are available. But in our project the most suitable is the
scrum because
 In this, we can divide the project in the several small chunks that will provide
the lucid view of the items that we had done, and which is still to do.
 It is so flexible that the design even can be changed in the last phase.
 It will also give our customers to use something rather than waiting a long
time.

 Scrum
Scrum implements an evidence-based pragmatic approach – accepting that the
problem cannot be fully understood or defined upfront, and instead focusing on how
to take full advantage of the team's ability to deliver rapidly, to respond to evolving
requirements, and to adjust to evolving knowledge and changes in market
environments.

TIMEFRAME AND MILESTONES
We have 9 weeks to develop a website. We planned out what is the project all
about and what is organization needs and expectations from this project.
Identified the requirements of our project which would best suitable. We
analysed the whole system and made of note things to be automated. We will
make clear database tables that will have required & designed them.

Communication Medium As we are in week 3 of term 2 so our team
issues members so there will not be any problem in
communication with them but with the client,
yes because he is in India and the huge time
difference is a risk but we will arrange some
meetings according to his time.
Time Management Extreme We will plan the project properly and with the
proper to-do list for each member and we can
use the new applications like Trello.
Lack of Technical Extreme We need to study more time along with school
knowledge time. Besides, we can stay in touch with our
teachers.
Unclear Extremely We will organise the regular meeting with the

Pandemic Extreme Due to the COVID-19, there is a power shut
