Lessons Learnt:

- First 48 hours are crucial upon receiving an opportunity. Gate 1 and Gate 2 and answer all
the 100 questions and keep the open questions ready to discuss with potential partners and
to address the same to the agency
- Keep the conversation open with multiple partners unless and until one confirms the
commercial viability and acceptance
- Send the NDA/ TA upon acceptance by partners to be on board and relook on NDA for
possible clause that address the repercussions if a partner decides to pull out in the last
minute
- If we have decided to work on an RFP , start working on financial model in parallel while
discussing with potential partner . Brainstorm on official ceiling value (If any ) and analyse
practicality of it while doing the financial model
- If we have decided to purse on an opportunity, work in parallel on TAMS and start
identifying resources by researching on Angarai Candidate data base and by discussing with
TAMS partners and other relevant entities
- Work on contingency plan for submission and keep it open till the end
