Song Lin, Professor David Lamond and Hwang (2014) examins how personality trait affects job
performance and satisfaction and how job performance and satisfaction simultaneously affect each
other. .The survey was conducted with a total of 414 questionnaires. The sample size is 31 companies in
the financial, securities and insurance industries in Taiwan. We used software LISREL 8.8 to analyze each
hypothesis technique combining aspects of factor analysis and multiple regression. As a result, four
items were removed from personality traits and two items from job performance. The current study
provides the relations between job performance and job satisfaction measured concurrently, only one or
two personality traits have been found in most studies, including the current research, to affect job
satisfaction, other variables that can have an impact on job satisfaction inclusion in further studies.

Gary Jon (2010) examins to perform a quantitative assessment examining the relationships among job
motivation, job satisfaction, and job performance in bank employees. Data was collected in the initial
part of the questionnaire, participants were asked to report their gender, age, salary range, and stress
level before continuing on to the rest of the questionnaire using a sample of 267 bank employees. This
study employed a correlational design. The results indicated that job motivation and job satisfaction can
significantly predict job performance. Based on the results of the current research, future practice for
managers should include practical methods of increasing job motivation and job satisfaction through the
application of theories and techniques.

Shih and Susanto (2010) examines the relationships among emotional intelligence, conflict management
styles and job performance at selected local governments in Indonesia. The data was collected based on
a self-administered structured questionnaire to government employees from two local districts and one
province in Indonesia. .The sample consisted of 228 respondents. Multiple hierarchical regression were
adopted to test the developed hypotheses. The results of this study revealed that subordinates at the
three selected local government agencies in Indonesia tended to use integrating style. This study only
focused on integrating and compromising styles. Future studies should investigate other styles such as
avoiding, dominating and withdrawing styles
Johlke (2006) examine the relations between important sales presentation skills and salesperson job
performance. The Data on each construct in the model was gathered and the relations analyzed using
LISREL software. Salesperson skill at using adaptive selling techniques and closing are related with
increased performance. The result highlight the importance of salesperson experience and training in
developing the skills that contribute to sales performance. A potential limitation of this research is the
possibility that the results are not generalizable due to the particular sample used. Future researchers
may also wish to consider the role of different product types and market conditions upon the relations
between selling skill and performance.
