Memorandum of Agreement

This agreement is made this _______ day of _____________, 2018 by and between Mr. Aries
Supremo, boxing promoter, and Hon. Nicolas M. Yulo, City Mayor of Bago City, Negros
Occidental.
WHEREAS, Promoter wishes to arrange and produce a boxing competition with 12 boxing
matches in Bago City, Negros Occidental.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual agreements contained
herein and the mutual benefits to be derived from this Agreement, the parties hereby agree as
follows:
I. The Fights
At the Promoter’s expense, Promoter agrees to perform all acts necessary for holding of at least
12 boxing matches on December 23, 2018 and venue to be mutually determined by the parties.
A. All payments for boxers (12 bouts, P800 for the winner and P500 for the loser)
amounting to P9,600 and for the judges, referees, and ring maintenance amounting to
P10,000 shall be the responsibility of the promoter.
IN WITNESS THEREOF, the undersigned parties have duly executed this Agreement in a
manner appropriate to each on the date above written.
