AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made the day of 09/12/2014

Between:

PANAMA SHIPPING LAWYERS, duly registered in Micro jacket 27965, Frame 74573 in the Mercantile
Section of the public Registry of Panama, Republic of Panama, with domicile in Avenida Federico Boyd y
Calle 51, Edificio Universal, Floor 3, Panama City, Republic of Panama and/or PANAMA SHIPPING
REGISTRY L.L.C a domestic Limited Liability Company duly registered under Secretary of State control
number 14079439 domiciled in Georgia, U.S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “The Service Provider”);

And:

INAMULLAH ANSARI (Shipping Lawyer / Marine Minerals & Subsea Mining Geologist / Legislative
Drafter & Partner for Shipping Lines Resilience) of Marine Pakistan Org domiciled in Sindh High Court,
Karachi-74400; Pakistan (hereinafter referred to as the “Agent”)

WHEREAS:

The Service Provider have granted authorization to the Agent to promote ship flag registration and
offshore services on the Letter of Authorization and services/ legal fees annexed hereto.

NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Service Provider shall pay commission to the Agent:

(a) 25% of all legal fees charged by the Service Provider for each service rendered to any client that
Agent refers to the Service Provider, except for crew certificates.

(b) The Agent can charge up to 20% as brokerage added fee to the Services/ legal fees list annexed
hereto in order to gain a competitive advantage in the market/ region whereby the Agent has been
authorized to promote the services by the Service Provider. The brokerage added fees may vary at the
discretion of Agent due to market fluctuation.

2. Expenses such as courier and banking fees are not included in the legal fees list.

3. Any dispute arising out of this Contract shall be referred to

Arbitration at the Republic of Panama and shall be subject to the law and procedures applicable there.
