Annual Work Report :
For your kind regards to know that , An operation executive I am responsible for ensuring the
vessel’s voyage is performed efficiently and ensuring costs are kept to a minimum. Over the
past six month successfully I had done many ship operations activities and I’m trying given
my best effort. My major activities like that provision supply, deck and engine store supply,
fresh water supply, Export spare parts, spare parts on vessel. Besides the ship operation I’m
also done some activities such as: sending the offer mail to ship owner, CPA activities,
making delivery certificate and invoice, Banking activities, purchase, office cleaning and I did
everything as per office required. I would like to say that, when management assigned me any
kind of task I did it properly. Now confidently I can say that, I will do more better in future.
Finally thankful to our organization for give me an opportunity to working here.

During over the past last six month I’m learn from this company like that, 1) Team effort is
must be needed to move forward. 2) Professional and personal life similarity if I want to
develop my personal life must be take care our company sincere job responsibilities. 3)
Respect the employees is very important role to business life.

Any Difficulties and Coordination Issues：

1) When the Bowthruster buying from shipyard I face a big problem finally I’m negotiated the
shipyard official and successfully done the job.

2) When the anchor and chain supply in Mongla port then I’m face big problem-spars
carrying the lobet truck was broken, weather was very foul I was face all difficult situations
and successfully done the operation.
Plan Of 2020：
Upcoming year our new project TAIHUA steel enterprise will commence and we are
committed to working hard to move forward. Our TSM BD crew manning service already
successful four crew joining on vessel. I want to learn crew manning services and developing
skill. I’m hopped that, During in our future cooperation my side high sense of responsibility,
willingness to work  24/7.
