I and writing this letter to apply for the promotion to Team Project Manager at Skyline
Advertising. I believe that I am the best candidate for this position and have the ability and
knowledge and leadership in order to excel in this role.

Team Project Manager is in charge of leading and directing teams in order to meet a deadline as
well as approve and give feedback on projects. Since being hired at Skyline Advertising 1 year
ago, I have contributed to numerous projects and revisions. I have worked under multiple project
managers and been able to assess the strengths each individual had and apply those skills to
future projects. Over the year, I have been able to refine my own leadership and be able to
provide constructive feedback on projects. I am well versed with the companies polices and
procedure and current clients. I have been able to create connections with clients when
discussing design options and opinions.

In my carrier, I worked as Project Manager at two separate advertising companies and held each
position for more than a year and a half. I finalized and closed projects that incorporated groups
ranging from 5-12 people. I have worked under stressful situations and led teams to finish
projects before deadlines. I have collaborated with multiple teams in order to create a single
concept. I can also delegate tasks to team members efficiently and receive status updates
regularly.

I am a strong candidate for the role of Team Project Manager and believe that I am the most
experienced and qualified not only with this company but also in the position. If you have any
