Digital Camera
Before buying a camera, a lot of research has to be done for the appropriate camera you will be
using. Since the beginning of the invention of cameras, the technology used for them has only
advanced. However, depending on the photography style you choose, you do not need the
fanciest camera out there. For my preference, I will need a camera that will be able to take
pictures of fast moving objects, or any object that is not at rest. A good camera for this is the
Canon Powershot SX540 HS Digital Point and Shoot Camera with 50x optical zoom and built in
Wi-fi. This camera is built smaller, so it will make it easier to take it on the go and shoot pictures
wherever. This camera comes with 50x optical zoom meaning it will take high quality zooming
in or out pictures with a crisp and clear image. This camera also comes with a digic 6 image
processor and has sensitivity up to ISO 3200. These two qualities together are designed to
perform high speed signal processing and also better enhance and improve low light situations to
help improve the quality of the pictures or videos with less lighting. This camera is a 20.3
megapixel camera with a one and two thirds CMOS image sensor which captures high resolution
images up to 5184 x 3888. Along with the high resolution images from the megapixels and
sensor, these qualities allow you to shoot almost six frames per second. This is great for
capturing fast moving subjects like sports, animals, cars, or whatever other subjects that are not
moving. Although these fast moving pictures require you to move your camera around, this
canon has got that all figured out. This camera comes with a built in stabilizer to help reduce the
blur of an image caused by the camera shake giving it that crisp clear image people like to see.
This stabilizer also works well when recording a video as it compensates the movement in the
camera making it easier to see exactly what happens in a video. The quality of the video
compared to previous canons before this one has improved and made videos clearer with HD up
to 1080p at 60 frames per second. An addition that came to this camera was the built in Wi-Fi.
The built in Wi-Fi makes it easier to access and share files straight from the camera to the canon
app. The canon app also allows you to control the camera and its settings from the app that is
easily downloadable on your phone. This camera runs on a very popular camera battery called
the NB6L battery pack that comes along with the wall charger that lets you know when the
battery is completely charged. These two items are included with the camera while the battery
and wall charger can also be sold separately in case they are lost or damaged. This camera costs
$259.99 at Best Buy making this camera a cheaper option when it comes to looking at other
camera options. This camera would be perfect and fit for me and my style of photography.
