Section – Camellia, Roll – 34 ) in your esteemed school. On account of series of family programs in
Chittagong, my daughter will unfortunately miss the classes from 16 th January-2020 up to 30 th January –
2020.

We would, therefore, request you to approve advance leave of absence during the same period. We
would keep in touch with the Class Teacher to keep abreast of the course works.
