I am John Brayan F. Obispado, a fifth year Architecture Student, enrolled in Architectural Design 10
(Thesis Research Application). As part of the requirement for the fulfillment of the degree, I am required
to conduct a study related to my course.

In compliance to the partial academic requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Architecture,
I am required to make a research study regarding with my thesis proposal entitled “ MANGGASINAN:
A Proposed Provincial Mango Production Research and Training Institute in San Carlos
City, Pangasinan”

The objective of this study is to provide a facility that will be used for research purposes and trainings
of mango-growers in the province of Pangasinan.

In line with this, may I request your good office the permission to be my project proponent to my thesis
proposal, knowing that you are in best position for the said subject matter. Likewise, I would like to ask
some information needed for my study. I assure you that any data given from your office will be used for
academic purposes only.
