Dear Madam:

I am inscribing this communication to explain the circumstances that caused me to incur

unliquidated MOOE for the months of __________________. The main reasons that caused me to
acquire such breakdown are:
1.

I understand that, as a School Head, I need to be prompt in liquidating matters involving money
especially the MOOE, and that timeliness plays a large part in my position as a school
administrator.

Furthermore, I know that there no justification for such failure, and that I am currently taking steps
to ensure that I will never
be late again in my liquidation.

I appreciate the opportunity of explaining to you, and regret such failure. I assure you, I shall take
fullest care that such thing
would not happen again.

Dear Madam:

Please accept this letter as a formal request for bonus differentials from
2017 to 2018. It was April 4, 2017 when I was promoted to Master Teacher I. I was
receiving my salary differentials, and it was August 2018 when there was an
adjustment in my salary.

Furthermore, I received only Teacher III bonuses for such specific years, and
not the bonus due to a Master Teacher I. Hence, I am writing this communication
to properly appeal that such bonus differentials be awarded to me.

I appreciate your consideration. I hope to get a positive response from you.
