1. Availability of Resources. Availability of Mangrove in the area and capability of being

used or the extent to which resources are available to meet the project’s needs.
2. Feasibility/ Ease to Manufacture. Feasible to do the process of the idea without too
much difficulty. Saves enough time, energy and money in production.
3. Sustainability. The resources in making the product can sustain the entire process. For
example, Tea needs the leaves of mangrove. A mangrove grows for about 5 years.
Thus, it is hard to sustain the resources needed to make a tea.
4. Cost Required. The amount of money required/to be consumed in production.
5. Manpower Requirements. Availability of employees/human resources needed in the
production.
6. Legal Framework. Set of rules enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of
the Philippines. The Act known as the "National Protection and Preservation of
Mangrove Forest Act." Wherein, destruction of mangrove trees in reservation areas is
prohibited.
