EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The purpose of this research is to know the consumer loyalty towards frito lay
products. In order to identify the brand performance. A questionnaire has
designed to know the loyalty of the consumers. The descriptive study comprised
feedback/ loyalty of the consumers. Questionnaire consist ten questions with
focused to find out the brand performance of frito lay products with the help of
consumers loyalty . The responses were collected and analysed , that shows -

Respondents/people were agreed that they like frito lay products. Also they were
really happy with the overall performance by the brand Frito lay. They rated Frito
lay quality, price, quantity, availability as 4 on linear scale or majority of the
respondents rated it as 4 (very good). Majority of the respondents prefers to eat
frito lay products because of their taste, quality , quantity ,price and availability .
Majority of the people were to choose Frito lay products over other brand because
of their taste, and rated Frito lay products higher than the other brands products
or its competitors. Majority of the respondents have no complains related to Frito
lay products quality , quantity, price , availability . But minor no. of respondents
thinks that they should have more quantity in their products . overall after
collecting all the responses we can say that frito lay products are liked by most of
the respondents and have no complains with their overall performance in terms
of quality, quantity , price and availability.
