 Participated in a 30-Day Student Teaching experience as


part of Washington Township High School’s Tomorrows
Teacher course. The Tomorrows Teacher program is
designed for students who want to pursue a field in

Turnersville New Jersey,  Assisted cooperating teacher in handling a classroom of

 Developed and taught lesson plan on literary devices to

individuality of each student.

Students) to perform more work and leave class once a
week to work in a more advanced classroom to meet their
learning needs.
 Implemented critical thinking questions into lessons for
students to answer and discuss later in a Socratic
seminar.
 Motivated students to help other peers through peer
teaching rather than teacher to student instruction.
 Performed STAR assessments on students to understand
the individual reading levels.
 Took part in school spirit days & weeks.
 Read literary novels by Allen Say to the students in which
would be used in a writing assessment
 Graded assignments and test that were taken by the
students.
 Interacted with teachers in all grade levels learning new
teaching techniques.
 Inspired students to work hard by handing out stickers
when work was completed.
 Conversed with students’ parents on their
accomplishments.
 Entered the at-risk classroom once a day to interact with
the small group of students.

Extra-Curricular

 Studied abroad for 3 consecutive summers at a High School


in Karlsruhe, Germany.
 Participated in clubs within the school- National Honors
Society, peer outreach, team step up, stage crew, freshman
transition, German club, German National Honors Society,
marching band, senior directed cabaret, students in action,
Tri-M honors society, Model United Nations.
 Held position as president in German Club.
 Selected as student of the month 3 times.
 Awarded a people’s choice award.
 Nominated to be part of the 12 girls chosen for homecoming
court.
 Managed the Washington Township High School Boys swim
team.
 Active member in AFJROTC, held high rank officer position
along with command staff position as Deputy Personnel
 Awarded national awards from military personnel 2 times.
 Graduated as an honors graduate.
 AP and honors student.
 Graduated with a 4.0 GPA
 Sewed masks during Coronavirus pandemic to donate to local
hospitals and at-risk patients.

Leadership

 Managed Washington Township Boys swim team.


 President of the German Club.
 Camp Counselor over summer at Fantastic Fizz-Ed.
 Religious Education leader in a classroom.
