1. Pick one of the following websites you would like to use and create and account:

www.loseit.com
www.choosemyplate.gov
www.myfooddiary.com

You may use an existing account you have or a different website you already use

2. Choose a tip from www.choosemyplate.gov that we discussed in class and try to


implement it into your diet.

3. Track everything you eat and drink for two weeks and enter it into the
website and/or application

4. Print out summary reports and staple them to this sheet


Lose It: Click Insights, Weekly Summary, Set Dates, Export to Spreadsheet,
Clean up Spread Sheet, Print.
MyFitnessPal: Click Food, Scroll Down and Click on View Full Report
Set Dates, Click on Change Report, Right Click and Print
