A resource to help you enroll for 2019 benefits

1. The Aon Active Health Exchange: Lets you choose different levels of health care
coverage from insurance carriers who are competing for your business.

2. Make It Yours: Is a one-stop website where you can learn about everything you need to
know about your Exchange benefits. Visit the improved Make It Yours website starting on
October 29 at https://univision.makeityoursource.com.

3. Compare Your Costs: You can compare the prices of your Exchange benefits for each
medical and prescription drug, dental and vision option to see which offers you the best
value. You can even include your spouse’s coverage in case that plan is a better option
for you.

4. A Health Savings Account (HSA): If you enroll in a Bronze, Bronze Plus or Silver medical
and prescription drug option, you can enroll in an HSA and use it to pay for eligible health
care expense with tax-free dollars, or save it for future health care expenses. Your
contributions are tax-free and your HSA can earn interest that’s also
tax-free.

5. What can you do with your 2019 wellness credits? If you complete the required activities
in the Univision Health & Wellness Program by December 31, 2018, you can offset the cost
of your medical contributions.

6. Contact the Univision Benefits Center: Call the Univision Benefits Center at
(844) 335-9018 when you have questions about your benefits, including finding information
on the Benefits Now website (Univision.BenefitsNow.com). Representatives can also
connect you with other resources, such as Alight Advocacy Services and Your Spending
Account.

7. Help Me Choose: By answering a few questions about your providers, prescriptions and
how you like to pay for coverage, you’ll get a score for each option to see which plans will
work the best for you and your family.

8. Visit a carrier’s website: Before Open Enrollment, visit the carriers’ websites to confirm
your doctors are still in your carrier’s network or in a different carrier’s network if you’re
considering a change. You can also check to see how your prescriptions are covered, which
is a good idea even if you are not making a change because carriers frequently update how
they cover medications.
