In case the system will run in a virtual environment, dialogic can run on: VMware® ESXi 4.1
through 5.5, and the following of Windows guest operating systems:

dialogic® host media processing software products, for informational purposes only.
You should take into account also operating system needs and other software that might run on
the server machine.
Storage requirements:

For dimensioning the storage needs, below information may be used:

- 1 minute of mono audio recording 8 BitsPerSample uses 240 KB
- 1 minute of stereo audio recording 8 BitsPerSample uses 960 KB
- 1 minute of stereo audio recording 16 BitsPerSample uses 1920 KB
- 1 minute of video recording: the needed space for 1 minute of video recording cannot be
exactly estimated, as it very much depends on used codec, agent's screen activity, capture
interval (may be set to values between 200 ms and 500 ms).
Other requirements:

We will also need a database server that may be MS SQL Server or Oracle Server on which we
have to create a database in which system will keep and write its data.

The database system must be provided by the customer.

Below in Fig. 1 you may find a general schema with architecture in which we can fit our MCC
system.

Regarding agent's stations you need windows based machines with at least 1 GB RAM and 1.6
GHz CPU.
