Cleaning glasses is important for hygiene. Every night, clean the inside of the washing machine and filter. When using trays for glasses, organize them by weight with heavier glasses closer to the server and lighter glasses farther away. Glasses should only be taken to or from guests using trays, not bare hands.

CLEANING GLASSES

Every night we need to clean inside of wash machine and the filter.
Theory of tray :

Left side, follow the life of tray , near to the waiter/waitress the heavy glasses, farway the light
glasses.

In front of guest the glasses are take or bring only with tray not with hands.
