B. The Parties have agreed to vary the terms of the Tenancy Agreement as outlined in this Deed.

Variation to terms of Tenancy Agreement

1. The Parties have agreed to vary the Tenancy Agreement as follows:
a. The weekly rent will be reduced from $ 210.00 to $ 160.00 effective from and on 27/03/2020.
b. The above rent reduction is subject to Rent adjustment to be reviewed on the 1st June, 2020.
2. All other provisions of the Tenancy Agreement remain binding on the Parties.
