services that would otherwise be unavailable, or cost extra, to the typical Amazon customer.
This includes free two-day delivery, streaming music and video, and other benefits. In April
2018, Amazon reported that Prime had more than 100 million subscribers
worldwide. Prime's ability to drive customer spend is often compared to Costco's
membership program.
In India Amazon Prime was introduced in 2016.They initially started as only a delivery
plan.Later the purchases increased and they have come up with plans of prime video and
music.Amazon prime has given the biggest competition to Netflix and hotstar.It acquies
largest movie makers in India.Acquiring all the movies and shows that are most wanted are
acquired by Amazon Prime to drag the customers .Amazon Prime have understood the
indian audience and have produced shows and got all the attention and made people
subscribe it .
When we have chosen these poducts the poduct on the left Is taking only 1 day whee as the
poduct on the ight is taking moe than 3 days .This type of esults lead to fustation in the
consumes because they don’t have any othe option than waiting fo 3 days which is called
adaptive fustation whee we compromise within ourselves instead of fighting fo it .
On the othe hand most of the people wee also satisfied with the amazon pime maybe because
they think that the sevices they ae being offeed fo that pice is way too much and ae not
expecting much fom amazon.This is a problem whee amazon should ty to satisfy thei
customes o either make it clea that not all the poducts ae eligible duing the subsciption only.
And few of the people have said they ae not satisfied because either they might have not
explloed all the benefits of it o they had a 1st bad expeience and hence judging the whole
thing as one.

When asked about the elevance of the poducts that they see when searched fo a specific
poduct most of the people have gone above aveage but moe than 95 esponses say that they
wee not satisfied,that’s when we also searched few poducts and saw the elevance accoding to
the seach but it tuned out to be bad,it is an advantage fo the selles but fo the consumes and
customes it is just adding up to fustation by showing unwanted and unneccesay poducts .
