Pre-post order engineering activities

Lots of communication done due to frequent changes

in input data, follow up with technology and
discussions with PM,Relooking of changed drawings

1. According to provided sketch of column/nozzel we

have prepared GA and attachment, but we need to
modify whole column due they have designed
column and nozzels without considering Internals.
2. Process requirements are also stringent, and they
have changed GA many times for space between
internals.
3. Distributors are non standard type, we have
prepared first time in CTIN VKPFW with overflow slots
as per non standard requirements from process.
4. Uplift is applicable for this project
5. Need to revise attachment drawing for client
changed thickness of attachments.
6. Lots of discussions with technology, Piping stream,
plant engineering and PM.
7. Huge changes found while checking detail drawings
so double checking done for drawings.
8. Client changed elevations and orientations of
nozzels many times.
9. We have proposed nozzel elevations and
orientations by discussions with process, piping, plant
engineering and PM.
10. Process needs upto 30% opening with atleast 4 no
of opening for SKIW of both beds.
