Quality assurance is the attention to detail and meeting the expectations of organizers,
vendors, and attendees of events and conferences. During the course of planning
events, plans and promises are made that must be made to ensure the gathering is a
success. Melbourne international Art festival is considered one of the most prestigious
art festivals with outstanding reputation. From its inception in 1986 and it still continues
its glory for over 30 years. In last year events annual reviews have stated 90%
occupancy and satisfaction by visitors with the quality of the event. In 2018, the major
attractions of the event were Fire Gardens, held over four nights at the Royal Botanic
Gardens. It brought nearly 30,000 people through the gates and there were 6000 more
on the waiting list. This year the main attraction for the event was Spiegeltent.
According to The Guardian Lab, Artistic director Holloway says. “Visitors can expect a
great show from the UK called What Girls Are Made Of, a brilliant celebration of the
diversity of music and theatre with Gender Euphoria, plus late-night bands, DJs and
much more (The Guardian Lab, 2019). We as a team were presented in the Spiegeltent.
