Skill Builders Program

To The Parents or Guardians of Student 1,

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Student 1 during the skill builders
program. Since day one he has improved tremendously and should be very proud of his
accomplishments. He has worked hard each day and proved to me that he has a bright
future ahead of him. After administering Student 1’s post assessment it showed that he
improved in all sections. Although there are still some areas left for improvement
Student 1 is on pace to show competency across the board. I enjoyed helping Student 1
learn and grow throughout the program. It was great seeing him get better at various
skills and enjoy being there each time. Student 1’s strongest skills would be running,
jumping, sliding, catching, throwing, and rolling. He has shown a great deal of
competency with these skills and has proved that he can perform them to a high level.
Student 1 has a very accurate throw and was able to hit targets at different levels.
Another skill that Student 1 has accomplished is his rolling ability. When we would play
bowling he would almost always get a strike when he took his time and rolled the ball
calmly. Student 1 needs to continue to improve on his dribbling and then he will be on a
very good path. Student 1 has improved tremendously on his listening and cooperation
skills as well. He has done a much better job listening to directions and following given
instructions. He still needs to work on his focusing skills, but has done a great job
getting better throughout the course. I am very proud of Student 1 and I know he will go
on to do great things in the future. If you have any comments, questions, or concerns

Skill Builders Program

To The Parents or Guardians of Student 2,

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Student 2 during the skill builders
program. Since day one he has improved tremendously and should be very proud of his
accomplishments. He has worked hard each day and proved to me that he has a bright
future ahead of him. Although there are still some areas left for improvement Student 2
is on pace to show competency across the board. I enjoyed helping Student 2 learn and
grow throughout the program. It was great seeing him get better at various skills and
enjoy being there each time. Student 2’s strongest skills would be all locomotor skills,
dribbling, kicking, and catching. He has shown a great deal of competency with these
skills and has proved that he can perform them to a high level. Student 2 is great at
basketball for his age and can dribble and shoot very well. Another skill that Student 2
has accomplished is his competency through the obstacle courses. He did a great job
adjusting to various obstacles and getting through each thing with ease. Student 2
needs to continue to improve on his rolling and then he will be on a very good path.
Student 2 has always been a great listener when it came to following directions and
instructions. He has also worked well with others and was very cooperative throughout
activities. I am very proud of Student 2 and I know he will go on to do great things in the
future. If you have any comments, questions, or concerns feel free to contact me at
