How to Load the PBL Data in Oracle U.

I through Spread Sheet Loader

Step-1
First we Need to Login in to Fusion Environment

Step-2
For PBL Spread Sheet Data Loader you need to download the ADF and Install the ADF
Nav: Tools-> DownloadDesktopIntegratorfile
Once You have downloaded then Install the Downloadintegrationfile and Enable Macros in
Excel

Enable Macros in Excel sheet

Step-3
Once You have done Macros for Excel sheet Navigate -> Payroll -> Administration
Once You have clicked on Administration then it will re-direct to Payroll Administration Page
then select task and then Select Batch Loader under Batch Processing

Step-4
Click on Batch Loader then download the Batch Loader Spreadsheet
Step-5
Once You had downloaded the Spread Sheet Batch Loader then open the Spread sheet and
it will ask to you to sign in your Environment Details

Step-6
Once You sign in then the spread sheet then spread sheet will open in a Template Format
and Enter or select the Mandatory Details like Batch Name, Legislative Data Group and
other fields as per Requirement and then click on save

Click ok for the Below Prompt


Now you can see Status column “Row Inserted Successfully” after click on save

Step-7
Double Click on Batch Name Column as it Invokes the Action of Batch then select the Tab
Batch Content sheet
In the Batch Content Sheet Click on Add

Step-8
We are adding the ‘Bank Branch’ details as we are giving the Bank Branch Details in the
Spread Sheet

Once we selected the Create Branch Details, Then Click ok


Step-9
Once Click ok. You can see the Create Bank Branch in Task Action Name. Double Click on
Task Action Name to get the Bank Branch Details

Now, You need to fill the Mandatory Columns like Line Sequence, Country Code,Bank,
Branch Name and other Details as per your requirement.
Note: You need to check the Constraints for the Country code, Branch Number, BIC Swift
code (Branch Number should be 6 and BIC Swift code should be 8)
Bank Name already should be Exists in the U.I or else it will throw an Error after completion
of Processes

Step-10
Once You had filled the Data Then Click on Save. You can see the Status as ‘Row Inserted
Successfully’
Step-11
Once You had done with Batch Spread Sheet Loader, Then Navigate to Payroll->Checklist

Click on Check list it will redirected to Payroll Checklist page.


Go to Task -> Submit a Process or Report under Payroll flows for Transfer the Batch File
Step-12
Here we need to select Legislative Data Group and Select Transfer Batch based
on the selection of Legislative Data Group to run the Batch Upload File Staging
Data to Oracle Database or Oracle U.I

Click on Next

Step-13
Once click on Next then we need to give the Payroll Flow name and Batch Name
as in the Spread sheet. Click on Next

Click on Next and Next to schedule the Batch File based on the Requirement
Click on Next and then Submit. You will get a Prompt click ok and View Checklist

Step-14
Verify the Transfer Batch Status should show successful as per below screenshot

Once we had done with Transfer Batch Status Successfully then we need to
check the PBL Spread Sheet Data is Loaded in Oracle U.I or Not?
We had created the PBL Spread sheet data which is related to Bank Branch
Creation Details. These Need to be check in Setup and Maintenance
Nav-> Setting and Actions-> Setup and Maintenance. Then Select and Click on
Setup and Maintenance

Step-16
Once we navigated to Setup and Maintenance then we should go for Manage
Bank Branches. Select and Click on Manage Bank Branches.
The Data is Loaded in the Oracle U.I as per in the Batch Spreadsheet as you can
see below spread sheet screen shot

Based on the Above Processes steps we can load the PBL Spread Sheet Data depends upon the
Requirement.
