New Registration
1. Select an Existing Patient
a. Enter already registered phone number
b. Show that there can be multiple patients on the same number, but reports are never
intermingled. We don’t ID patients by phone number, we have different unique keys.
c. Show that previous dues are shown
d. All the fields on next screen are filled automatically
e. The patient search happens in your database only. Airtight! The search returns in under
1s even if there are more than 2mn patients.

2. Data Entry has been made so easy

a. Age to birthdate seamless conversion
b. Easier to navigate with complete keyboard access
c. Automatic generation of lab IDs based on unit

3. Add tests by searching and navigate from keyboard itself

a. Add haemogram and culture
b. Talk about performing lab, flexible rates. A report can be obtained later on outsourced
stuff

Quick Rain Check

1. The newly added testing entry appears in MPD. With all of his data.
2. MPD allows searching via any means.

Prepare for testing
1. Collection of samples (Sample Accessation)
a. Simple mode – all samples are collected
b. Advanced mode – individual sample collection, barcoding, and tracking. Both pre-
printed and on-demand printed bar codes are supported

2. Print groupings
a. Specify which test should be printed on what page, which tests should share the same
page etc.
b. ML based model to automatically assign the print groups based on your historic patterns
is on the way.
c. We are all about automation, and being a pilot program customer, you will get this and
many more for no additional cost.

Record Test Results

1. With interfacing
a. When the sample is run in any interfaced lab equipment, the result of the test gets filled
automatically.
b. In our case, since this isn’t a live setup, we will assign values manually. (why?)
c. Assign data with 25-7 lab id = 3
d. Test gets partially completed or fully completed if all the parameters of test are filled by
machine
e. In case of partial complete, a technician will fill the remaining parameters

2. Without Interfacing / after partial completion / edit of machine data values

a. Manually fill the values
b. Show the help list
c. Show overriding of values / normal status etc

3. Complete the tests

a. In case of manual entry or partial filling, complete the test manually
b. Head doctor can verify the test results and mark as checked from web app or android
app

4. Publishing
a. Automated publishing to CPX
b. Send sms, email, etc.
c. Try publishing without payments.
d. Show that the reports cannot be published.
e. Complete the payment and show publishing
f. Reduced TAT. Less hassle for everybody
5. Comment on number of tests and culture and biopsy
a. We have more than 500 test formats ready for your use.
