I hope there should not be discrimination over the caste based, religion and
sex. Kaveri should hire him as she interviewed for right candidate. If
management hire employee on the basis of Sex, religion on gender basis which
created the bad image on management even for organisation. They should more
focus on employee capability and he or she deserve it or not. They should hire
employee who fits their job role and organization’s vision and mission.
