What is your philosophy on leadership? How do you inspire your team to do their best?

According to me leadership is group of beliefs and principles which you have. Through which
you are trying to lead a team. Through this you make understand people on right things and they
listen to you and act upon it.
The team leader guides his colleagues or teammates with his experience and tries to handle the
situation to achieve a common goal.
First, I would try to know about the individual behavior of teammates and will distribute the
work accordingly. I would try to understand each teammate's opinions and concerns with respect
to the team. I would always try to motivate and reminding them to winning and achieving
common goals. I will give an example for how to lead the team from the front? Will give a short
message on emails for always reminding them that the united we shall stand. Would always
trying to remind as think for winning or achieving success in the work environment. I would try
to make positive environment between coworkers and trust in between their relations. So that it
would not hamper in quality of work.
