 I agree with Ram business decision.
 It’s really discrimination if you judge employee with gender basis.
 We should hire employee those who fit for organization culture and job.
 We should ready to bear the expense or loss I female employee is getting pregnant in her job
tenure.

 I Disagree with Madhu’s comment, if all are equal candidate, he must hire the one
which is more suitable.
 But again, it’s completely depends on your business requirement.
 If client has demand for equal gender ratio then he has to take decision.
