conditions:

1. The Board cannot hold responsible for any delay in execution of

works or escalation in the estimate caused by the circumstances
beyond the control of Board.

2. The Estimate cost intimated is only provisional and the

applicant/consumer agree to deposit further amount during the course
of execution of works, if the earlier deposit if found to be inadequate.
 3. Except in circumstances beyond the control of board, there shall not
be any necessity for the actual expenditure in excess of the estimate
cost. In case such an excess has accrued. The Provisions contained in
TNEB manual Para 554 (3 7 5) will be followed and interested collected.

4. The cost of work chargeable to applicant/ consumer will be collected

in full for works are undertaken.

5. If the cost of works executed the amount deposited by the applicant/

consumer due to escalation of cost or due to charge in scope of work
depending on site conditions and other on for seen reasons, I will
remit the extra amount either during the execution or there after.
6. The entire line, even if apportion there of has been paid by the
consumer, will be the property of the board and the board will maintain
if at its costs. The Board will also have the right to use the service line
for supply of electricity to any other person.

7. The consumer applicant bound to comply with all provisions of terms

and conditions of supply prescribed by the board from time to time and
R & C order in force and as amended from time to time.

8. The way leave to be provide a per TNEB Distribution code article

27(6).

9. The proposed line to be routed either inside or outside or the

periphery of the consumer’s premises.
10. If there is any objection while a line is to be routed to some other
place I Will bears the expenses to clear the encumbrances.
