Seedlink is committed to protecting the integrity and privacy of personal information provided
to Seedlink’s platform (the “Service”). This policy describes the types of information Seedlink
collects, and the ways in which Seedlink uses and discloses that information.
INFORMATION SEEDLINK COLLECTS
User-Provided Personal Information
Seedlink provides a platform enabling job candidates (“Candidates”), employees (“Employees”)

and employers (“Employers”) to engage in a variety of interactive applications, interviews,
training and evaluation activities. In using the platform, users may provide information generally
called personally identifiable information (“Personally Identifiable Information”). For example, in
addition to providing standard profile information, including name, address, phone number, and
other similar information, job candidates complete a Seedlink Interview created by a potential
employer which can include information such as work history, skills, experience, abilities, work
style and other responses to questions, and submissions of a variety of types of media including
video and / or audio. The processing of this Personally Identifiable Information is based on the
Candidates’ consent.
The Personally Identifiable Information will be sent to the Employer.
The Personally Identifiable Information shall be retained for a maximum period of two years
from the provision of such information by the Candidates, such period may be reduced pursuant
to the Employer’s request or when a Candidate exercises one of his/her rights as listed in the
section “YOUR CHOICES” below.
“Cookies”
When you use the Service, we may send one or more cookies – small text files containing a
string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer. You will be requested to accept our
Cookies policy on the login page. If you keep on using the Platform after checking the box to
indicate you agree to our Cookie policy, you will be considered as having approved the use of
the cookies. Seedlink may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie
disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your
browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Service. Persistent
cookies can be removed. Please review your web browser “Help” file to learn the proper way to
modify your cookie settings and consult in particular the following websites:

“Automatically Collected” Information
When you use the Service, we may automatically record certain information from your web
browser using technology such as “clear gifs” or “web beacons.” This “automatically collected”
information may include Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”) or other device address or ID,
web browser and/or device type, the web pages or sites that you visit just before or just after
the Service, the pages you view on the Service, and the dates and times that you visit, access, or
use the Service.
The Way Seedlink Uses Information
Seedlink may use your Personally Identifiable Information in a variety of ways in the
operation of the service and our business, such as:
Seedlink may use the information you provide or that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance,
and provide the features and services found on the Service, and personalize the Service for your
preferences and interests. We may use your email address to contact you for administrative
purposes, for customer service purposes, or regarding content that you have posted to the
Service. Seedlink may use the information that you provide or that we collect and/or aggregate
to understand and analyze the usage trends, interests, and preferences of our users, to improve
the way the Service works and looks, and to create new features and functionality. Seedlink may
now or in the future use “automatically collected” information and “cookies” to: (a) personalize
our services, such as remembering your information so that you will not have to re-enter it
during your visit or the next time you visit the Service; (b) monitor and analyze the effectiveness
of application and evaluation activities; (c) monitor aggregate usage metrics such as total
number of users, pages and media and features of the Service accessed, etc.; and (d) track your
entries, submissions, and status, including the ways in which you may interact with the Service.
Seedlink may use your email address or other Personally Identifiable Information to send email
related to the Service we think you may be interested in. You will have the ability to opt-out of
receiving any such communications, either through links provided in the messages, or by
updating your account preferences through the Service.
When Seedlink Discloses Information
We are not in the business of selling your Personally Identifiable Information. We do,
however, disclose your Personally Identifiable Information in a variety of circumstances in the
ordinary course of operating our business, such as:
The Service is fundamentally a platform for connecting Employers with Candidates or

Employees, and as such, Personally Identifiable Information provided by Candidates or
Employees will be shared with the applicable Employer(s). Automatically Collected Information
collected by Seedlink may also be shared with Employer(s).
Seedlink makes certain reporting tools available to users of the Service to review and select
applications and opportunities, analyze and understand usage metrics with respect to such
applications and opportunities.
Seedlink may make certain automatically collected and other aggregate non-Personally-
Identifiable Information to assist such parties in understanding our users’ interests, habits, and
usage patterns for certain programs, content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or
functionality available through the Service, as well as to provide a variety of different analytics,
such as success metrics, uniqueness scores for submitted materials, and other statistical and
analytical results derived from the information you may submit to the Service.
Seedlink works with third party service providers to provide website and application hosting,
transcription, and data processing, as well as other services for us. To the extent it is necessary
for these service providers to complete their contractual obligations to Seedlink, these third
parties may have access to or process your Personally Identifiable Information. Generally,
Seedlink’s policy is to make these disclosures under limitations comparable to those in this
policy, although certain large service providers, such as large hosting providers, do not include
such limitations in the standard terms they offer. Certain third parties who we provide your
Personally Identifiable Information authorize certain government and law enforcement agencies
access to information stored by such third parties without providing notice to Seedlink, in some
cases as required by law and in other cases voluntarily, and Seedlink has no control over such
activities.
Seedlink may also disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith
belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws (such as U.S. Copyright
law), or in response to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, or to
otherwise cooperate with investigative or law enforcement activity.
Seedlink also reserves the right to disclose your information that we believe, in good faith, is
appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; to protect Seedlink and others
from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses or activity; to investigate and defend ourselves
against any third party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to
protect the security or integrity of the Service; or to protect the rights, property, security,
and/or safety of Seedlink, our users, or others.
YOUR CHOICES
You may, of course, decline to share certain Personally Identifiable Information with Seedlink, in
which case Seedlink may not be able to provide to you some of the features and functionality
found on the Service. You may access your Personally Identifiable Information and, under
specific conditions, you may update, correct, delete your profile information or other Personally
Identifiable Information you may have provided, withdraw your consent to the processing of
such information at any time, set guidelines relating to the use of your Personally Identifiable
Information after your death or, more generally, restrict the processing of such data and to
request the portability of the Personally Identifiable Information, by contacting Seedlink
at security@seedlinktech.com. You also have the right to bring a claim before the national data
protection authority.
Considering that Seedlink’s service involves automated decision-making, including profiling, we
inform you that the logic involved is the following: a person's use of language is correlated with
the soft skills, personality, psychology, education, culture, etc. of that person and based on that
assertion Seedlink’s algorithms make predictions for how well an individual is likely to fit in a
given organizational culture, role and/or function. The consequences of such processing for you
consist of assisting an Employer in making a decision regarding a recruitment, training and/or
internal mobility decision.
Please note that while your changes will be promptly reflected in active user databases, users
that have previously accessed the content may still have access to copies cached on their device,
and we may retain all information you submit for a variety of purposes, including backups and
archiving, prevention of fraud and abuse, and analytics. Further, derivative and analytical data
derived from or based on the information you submit will be retained and may be used for all
purposes.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before
granting you account access or making corrections to your information. You are responsible for
maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES:
THE SERVICE CONTAINS REFERENCES AND LINKS TO WEB SITES AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY
THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING EMPLOYERS. ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION YOU
PROVIDE ON THIRD PARTY SITES OR SERVICES (INCLUDING COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN
CANDIDATES OR EMPLOYEES AND EMPLOYERS THROUGH THE SERVICE) IS PROVIDED DIRECTLY
TO THAT THIRD PARTY AND IS SUBJECT TO THAT THIRD PARTY’S POLICIES GOVERNING PRIVACY
AND SECURITY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OR PRIVACY AND SECURITY
PRACTICES AND POLICIES OF THIRD PARTY SITES OR SERVICES TO WHICH LINKS ARE DISPLAYED
ON THE SERVICE. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO LEARN ABOUT THIRD PARTIES’ PRIVACY AND
SECURITY POLICIES BEFORE PROVIDING THEM WITH PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION.
DATA SECURITY:
Seedlink is not an information technology security service provider. While we do employ certain
limited physical, managerial, and technical safeguards designed to help improve the integrity
and security of our systems and the data stored on our systems, no physical or technical system,
process, transmission, or storage mechanism is completely secure or immune from outages,
losses, attacks, circumvention, design or implementation flaws, and human error. Therefore, we
cannot and do not ensure or warrant that information you transmit to Seedlink will not be lost
or compromised, either during or after transmission.
If Seedlink learns of a security systems breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically so
that you can take appropriate protective steps. Seedlink may post a notice through the Service if
a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive
notice of a security breach in writing. To receive a free written notice of a security breach you
should notify us at security@seedlinktech.com.

INTERNATIONAL VISITORS:
Depending on a variety of factors including but not limited to your location, the location of the
Employer you may be interviewing or conducting training with or the location of the job you
have or are interviewing for, the Service may be hosted in either China or the European Union. If
you choose to use the Service from other regions of the world outside China or the EU, as
applicable, where laws governing data collection and use may differ from China and/or EU law,
then please note that you are transferring your Personally Identifiable Information outside of
those regions to China or the European Union (as applicable) for storage and processing, and by
providing your Personally Identifiable Information on the Service you consent to that transfer,
storage, and processing. Such transfer occurs pursuant to the standard contractual clauses
executed by Seedlink with Employer.
AFFILIATES; IN THE EVENT OF MERGER OR SALE:
Seedlink may now or in the future be affiliated directly or indirectly with other companies, such
as parent companies and subsidiaries (and their parent companies and subsidiaries) and
reserves the right to transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to any of these affiliated
companies. In the event that all or a portion of Seedlink or its assets is acquired by or merged
with a third-party entity or is subject to a change of control all or a portion of the data and
information in Seedlink’s systems may be one of the assets involved in such transaction, and we
reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign all or a portion of the
information that we have collected from users in connection with such merger, acquisition, sale,
or other change of control.
CHANGES AND UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY:
Please revisit this page periodically to stay aware of any changes to this Privacy Policy, which
may be revised periodically at Seedlink’s discretion. If we modify the Privacy Policy, we will
make it available through the Service, and indicate the date of the latest revision. In the event
that the modifications materially alter your rights or obligations hereunder we will notify you of
the change. For example, we may send a message to your email address, if we have one on file,
or generate a pop-up or similar notification when you access the Service for the first time after
such material changes are made. Our amended Privacy Policy will automatically take effect once
it is made available through the Service, except that (i) we generally only use your personal
information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect when we received that
personal information and (ii) if you do not agree with any changes to the Privacy Policy, you may
terminate your account ceasing use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service after
revised Privacy Policy has become effective indicates that you have read, understood and
agreed to the current version of the Privacy Policy.

Nutzungsmetriken in Bezug auf solche Anwendungen und Möglichkeiten zu analysieren und zu
verstehen.
Seedlink kann bestimmte automatisch erhobene und andere zusammengefasste, nicht

persönlich identifizierbare Informationen bereitstellen, um solchen Parteien dabei zu helfen, die
Interessen, Gewohnheiten und Nutzungsmuster unserer Nutzer für bestimmte Programme,
Inhalte, Dienste, Werbung, Werbeaktionen und/oder Funktionen zu verstehen, die über die
Dienstleistung verfügbar sind, sowie eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Analysen, wie zum Beispiel
Erfolgsmetriken, Eindeutigkeitswerte für übermittelte Materialien und andere statistische und
analytische Ergebnisse, die aus den Informationen stammen, die Sie an die Dienstleistung
senden können.
Seedlink arbeitet mit Drittanbietern zusammen, um Webseiten- und Anwendungshosting,

Transkription und Datenverarbeitung sowie andere Dienstleistungen für uns bereitzustellen.
Soweit es für diese Dienstleister erforderlich ist, ihre vertraglichen Verpflichtungen gegenüber
Seedlink zu erfüllen, können diese Drittanbieter Zugriff auf Ihre persönlich identifizierbaren

Glauben der Fall ist, dass solche Maßnahmen erforderlich sind, um staatlichen und
bundesstaatlichen Gesetzen (wie dem US-Urheberrecht) zu entsprechen oder gerichtliche oder
andere Vorladung oder Haftbefehl der Regierung oder auf andere Weise mit Ermittlungs- oder
Strafverfolgungsmaßnahmen zusammenzuarbeiten.
Seedlink behält sich außerdem das Recht vor, Ihre Informationen offen zu legen, von denen wir
glauben, dass sie in gutem Glauben geeignet oder notwendig sind, um Vorkehrungen gegen die
Haftung zu treffen; um Seedlink und andere vor betrügerischen, missbräuchlichen oder

schützen; oder um die Rechte, das Eigentum, die Sicherheit und/oder die Sicherheit von
Seedlink, unseren Benutzern oder anderen zu schützen.
IHRE MÖGLICHKEITEN
Sie können natürlich bestimmte personenbezogene Daten nicht an Seedlink weitergeben. In

diesem Fall ist Seedlink möglicherweise nicht in der Lage, Ihnen einige der Funktionen und

Anbetracht dessen, dass die Dienstleistung von Seedlink automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung

Empregador(es).
Seedlink disponibiliza certas ferramentas de relatórios para usuários do Serviço para revisar e
selecionar as aplicações e oportunidades, analisar e compreender as métricas de utilização em
relação às aplicações e oportunidades.
Seedlink pode tornar disponível certas informações coletadas automaticamente ou outras

Informações Pessoais Não Identificáveis agregadas para auxiliar as partes no entendimento dos
interesses, hábitos e padrões de uso dos usuários para certos programas, conteúdos, serviços,
propagandas, promoções e/ou funcionalidades disponíveis através do Serviço, como também
prover uma diferente variedade de análises, como métricas de sucesso, pontuações de
exclusividade para materiais submetidos e outros resultados estatísticos e analíticos derivados
das informações submetidas por você no Serviço.
Seedlink trabalha com parceiros provedores de serviços para website e servidores de

hospedagem, transcrição e processamento de dados, bem como outros serviços. Para que estes
provedores possam cumprir suas obrigações contratuais, eles poderão ter acesso a Informações
Pessoais Identificáveis. De forma geral, a política da Seedlink é assegurar que o compartilhamento
de informações seja feito de forma limitada. Todavia, provedores de grande porte como
servidores de hospedagem não incluem estas limitações em seus Termos e Condições. Alguns
parceiros provedores de serviço com os quais compartilhamos Informações Pessoais
Identificáveis autorizam determinadas agências governamentais e legais a terem acesso às
informações armazenadas por eles sem prévio aviso à Seedlink, para ambas solicitações legais ou
também voluntariamente. Seedlink não possui qualquer controle quanto a estas atividades.
Seedlink poderá divulgar sua informação caso seja solicitado legalmente ou na convicção de boa-
fé que essas ações sejam necessárias para conformidade com leis federais e estaduais (como, por
exemplo, leis de Direito Autoral), ou em resposta a ordem judicial ou outro mandado ou mesmo
para cooperar com atividades de investigação e cumprimento legal.
Seedlink também reserva o direito de divulgar ou compartilhar sua informação que consideramos,
em boa-fé, ser apropriada ou necessária para tomar como precaução em caso de
responsabilidade; para proteger Seedlink e outras partes de atividades fraudulentas, abusivas e
ilegais; investigar e defender-nos crontra alegações e reivindicações de terceiros; prover suporte
às agências governamentais; proteger a segurança e integridade do Serviço; proteger os direitos,
propriedade, segurança e/ou proteção da Seedlink, nossos usuários ou outros.
SUAS ESCOLHAS
Você pode declinar do compartilhamento de algumas Informações Pessoais Identificáveis com a

Seedlink, porém a Seedlink não será capaz de prover a você algumas características e
funcionalidades encontrados em nosso Serviço. Você pode acessar sua Informação Pessoal
Identificável e, sob circunstâncias específicas, você pode atualizar, corrigir ou deletar suas
informações de perfil ou outra Informação Pessoal Identificável informada por você, retirar seu
consentimento para o processamento das informações a qualquer tempo, configurar diretrizes
em relação ao uso das Informações Pessoais Identificáveis após sua morte ou restringir o
processamento das informações e solicitar a portabilidade das Informações Pessoais

tem o direito de reivindicar estas informações antes das autoridades de proteção da informação.
Considerando que o serviço da Seedlink envolve processos de tomada de decisão automatizados,

incluindo perfilamento, nós gostaríamos de explicar como operamos: a utilização da linguagem
por uma pessoa está correlacionada com as habilidades interpessoais, personalidade, psicologia,
educação, cultura, etc. daquela pessoa e, baseado nesta afirmação, os algoritmos desenvolvidos

dos nossos sistemas e da informação armazenada neles, é importante ressaltar que nenhum
sistema técnico, processual, de transmissão ou de armazenamento é completamente seguro ou
imune de interrupções, perdas, ataques, falhas, inclusive as humanas. Desta forma, nós não
podemos garantir ou assegurar que a informação transmitida à Seedlink não será perdida ou
comprometida, seja durante ou após a transmissão.
Se a Seedlink tornar-se ciente de brechas em seus sistemas de segurança, a empresa tentará

hospedado na China ou União Européia. Caso você escolha utilizar o Serviço a partir de outras regiões
do mundo fora da China ou UE, se aplicável, onde as leis de coleta de dado sejam diferentes da China
ou UE, por favor note que transferiremos sua Informação Pessoal Identificável para for a dessas
regiões para China ou União Européia (como aplicável) para armazenamento e processamento, e ao
prover sua Informação Pessoal Identificável no Serviço você consente com a transferência,
armazenamento e processamento. Essa transferência ocorre nos termos e cláusulas contratuais
executadas pela Seedlink com o Empregador.
AFILIADOS; NO ADVENTO DE FUSÃO OU VENDA:
Seedlink poderá, agora ou no futuro, afiliar-se diretamente ou indiretamente com outras

empresas, como por exemplo holdings e subsidiárias (e suas holdings e subsidiárias) e reserva-se
o direito de transferir sua Informação Pessoal Identificável para estas empresas terceiras. Na
ocorrência de que toda ou uma parte da Seedlink e seus ativos sejam adiquiridos ou fundidos com
uma outra entidade legal ou esteja sujeito a uma mudança de controle, todos ou parte dos dados
e infromações nos sistemas da Seedlink podem ser um dos ativos envolvidos em tal transação, e
nos reservamos o direito, em qualquer uma destas circunstâncias, de transferir ou ceder toda ou
parte das informações que coletamos de usuários em conexão com tal fusão, aquisição, venda ou
outra mudança de controle.

Algemene Voorwaarden
Seedlink doet er alles aan om de integriteit en privacy van persoonlijke informatie die wordt
verstrekt aan het platform van Seedlink (het "Platform") te beschermen. Dit beleid beschrijft het
soort informatie die Seedlink verzamelt, en de manieren waarop Seedlink die informatie
gebruikt en openbaar maakt.
INFORMATIE DIE SEEDLINK VERZAMELT
Door de gebruiker verstrekte Persoonlijke Informatie
Seedlink biedt een platform voor sollicitanten ("Sollicitanten"), werknemers ("Werknemers") en

werkgevers ("Werkgevers") om deel te nemen aan een verscheidenheid aan interactieve
toepassingen, interviews, trainingen en evaluatieactiviteiten. Bij het gebruik van het platform
kunnen gebruikers informatie verstrekken die over het algemeen persoonlijke identificeerbare
informatie wordt genoemd ("Persoonlijke Identificeerbare Informatie"). Naast het verstrekken
van standaardprofielinformatie zoals; naam, adres, telefoonnummer en andere soortgelijke
informatie, vullen sollicitanten een Seedlink Digitaal Interview in, gecreëerd door een potentiële
werkgever. De informatie gegeven in het digitaal interview, kan persoonlijke identificeerbare
informatie bevatten zoals werkgeschiedenis, talenten, ervaring, vaardigheden, werkstijl en
onder andere persoonlijke antwoorden op de gestelde vragen. Het digitaal interview kan ook
persoonlijke informatie vanuit verschillende soorten media, waaronder video en/ of audio
bevatten. De verwerking van deze persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie is gebaseerd op de
toestemming van de Sollicitanten.
De Persoonlijke Identificeerbare Informatie zal naar de Werkgever worden verzonden.
De Persoonlijk Identificeerbare Informatie zal worden bewaard gedurende een periode van
maximaal twee jaar, vanaf het verstrekken van dergelijke informatie door de Sollicitant. Deze
periode kan worden verminderd op verzoek van de werkgever of wanneer een Sollicitant een
van zijn/ haar rechten uitoefent zoals vermeld in de sectie "JOUW KEUZE" hieronder.
“Cookies”
Wanneer U het platform gebruikt, dan bestaat de mogelijkheid dat we een of meerdere cookies
(kleine tekstbestanden met een reeks alfanumerieke tekens) naar uw computer verzenden. U
wordt gevraagd om ons Cookie-beleid te accepteren op de inlogpagina. Nadat u het vakje heeft
aangevinkt, gaat u akkoord met ons Cookie-beleid, ook gedurende de tijd dat u ons Platform
blijft gebruiken. Seedlink kan zowel “sessie-cookies” als “permanente cookies” gebruiken. Een
“sessie-cookie” verdwijnt nadat u uw browser afsluit. Een “permanente cookie” blijft bestaan,
ook nadat u uw browser afsluit en wordt mogelijk opnieuw door uw browser gebruikt bij een
volgend bezoek en gebruik van het platform. “Permanente cookies” kunnen worden verwijderd.

Houdt u er rekening mee dat wanneer u de cookies verwijdert of niet accepteert, u mogelijk niet
in staat bent ten volste gebruik te maken van het platform.
“Automatische Verzamelde” Informatie
Wanneer u het platform gebruikt, mogen wij bepaalde informatie van uw webbrowser opnemen
d.m.v. technologieën zoals “clear gifs” of “web beacons”. Deze “automatisch verzamelde”
informatie bevat mogelijk het Internet-Protocol-adres (“IP-Adres”), het ID en/of het adres van
een ander gebruikt device, webbrowser en/of type device, de webpagina en/of website die u
net voor of na het platform heeft bezocht, de pagina’s die u op het platform bezoekt en de data
en tijden waarop u toegang krijgt tot het platform of deze bezoekt en/of gebruikt. De manier
waarop Seedlink Informatie gebruikt
Seedlink is toegestaan uw Persoonlijke Identificeerbare Informatie op een aantal manieren te

gebruiken en te verwerken ten behoeve van het platform en ons bedrijf:
Seedlink is toegestaan de informatie die u verstrekt of die wij verzamelen, te gebruiken om de

functies en dienstverlening, aangeboden op het platform, te kunnen laten werken, te
onderhouden, te verbeteren en de functies te bieden om het platform te personaliseren naar
uw voorkeuren en interesses. Wij mogen uw e-mailadres gebruiken om contact met u op te
nemen ten behoeve van administratieve doeleinden, klantenservice, of betreffende de inhoud
die u op het platform heeft geplaatst. Seedlink is toegestaan de informatie te gebruiken die u
aanlevert of die wij verzamelen en/of samenvoegen om trends, interesses en voorkeuren van
onze gebruikers te begrijpen en te analyseren, om de gebruiksvriendelijkheid, de werking, de
grafische interface van het platform te verbeteren en om nieuwe functies en functionaliteit te
creëren. Seedlink mag nu en/of in de toekomst gebruik maken van “automatische verzamelde”
informatie en “cookies” om: (a) onze dienstverleningen te personaliseren, waaronder het
onthouden van uw informatie zodat u deze niet opnieuw hoeft in te voeren tijdens uw huidige
en het volgende bezoek aan het platform; (b) de effectiviteit van de applicatie en evaluatie
activiteiten te monitoren en te analyseren; (c) gebruikersstatistieken zoals het totaal aantal
gebruikers, pagina logs en gebruik van media en functies van het platform, etc. te monitoren; en
(d) uw aanmeldingen, inzendingen en status te volgen, waaronder de wijze waarop u omgaat
met het platform.
Seedlink is toegestaan uw e-mailadres en/of andere Persoonlijk Identificeerbare Informatie te

gebruiken om u een e-mail te sturen gerelateerd aan het platform waarvan wij denken dat deze
interessant is voor u. U heeft de mogelijkheid om u af te melden/ uit te schrijven voor deze e-
mails en berichten door middel van de 'opt-out' link in de berichten aan te klikken, of door het
wijzigingen van uw persoonlijke accountvoorkeuren via het platform.
Wanneer Seedlink Informatie Openbaart

Wij houden ons niet bezig met het verkopen van uw Persoonlijk Identificeerbare Informatie.
Echter, wij openbaren wel uw Persoonlijk Identificeerbare Informatie onder een aantal
omstandigheden die zich voordoen in de alledaagse werking van het platform en onze
onderneming, waaronder:
Het platform is in essentie een platform voor het verbinden van Werkgevers met Sollicitanten of
Werknemers, en daarmee zal Persoonlijke Identificeerbare Informatie geleverd door
Sollicitanten of Werknemers worden gedeeld met de betreffende Werknemer(s). "Automatische
Verzamelde" Informatie verzameld door Seedlink wordt mogelijk ook gedeeld met
Werknemer(s).
Seedlink stelt bepaalde rapportagehulpmiddelen beschikbaar voor gebruikers van het platform
om toepassingen en kansen te beoordelen en te selecteren, gebruikersstatistieken met
betrekking tot toepassingen en kansen te analyseren en te begrijpen.
Seedlink kan bepaalde automatische verzamelde informatie en andere geaggregeerde

nietpersoonlijk identificeerbare informatie verwerken om partijen te helpen bij het begrijpen
van de interesses, gewoonten en gebruikspatronen van onze gebruikers, ten behoeve van
bepaalde programma's, inhoud, services, advertenties, promoties en/ of functionaliteiten, die
beschikbaar zijn via het platform, evenals om een verscheidenheid aan verschillende analyses te
bieden, zoals successtatistieken, unieke scores voor het ingediende materiaal en andere
statistische en analytische resultaten die zijn afgeleid van de informatie die u mogelijk aan het
platform verstrekt .
Seedlink werkt met externe serviceproviders voor het aanbieden van website- en
applicatiehosting, transcriptie en gegevensverwerking, evenals andere services in relatie tot het
platform. Voor zover het voor deze dienstverleners noodzakelijk is, om aan hun contractuele
verplichtingen met Seedlink te voldoen, hebben deze derden mogelijk toegang tot en
mogelijkheid tot het verwerken van uw persoonlijke identificeerbare informatie.
Het Algemeen beleid van Seedlink heeft als uitgangspunt om toegang van derde zoveel mogelijk
te beperken, zoals beschreven in deze Algemene Voorwaarden. Echter nemen niet alle
dienstverleners, zoals grote hostingsproviders, deze beperkingen op in hun geboden
standaardvoorwaarden. Bepaalde derden partijen, die wij uw persoonlijk identificeerbare
informatie verstrekken, machtigen bepaalde overheids- en wetshandhavingsinstanties om
toegang te krijgen tot informatie die door dergelijke derden is opgeslagen zonder kennisgeving
aan Seedlink. In deze gevallen, vaak genoeg vereist door wet- en regelgeving en in sommige
gevallen op vrijwillige basis, heeft Seedlink geen invloed en/of controle.
Seedlink kan uw informatie ook vrijgeven als dit wettelijk verplicht is of in de oprechte
overtuiging dat dergelijke actie noodzakelijk is om te voldoen aan staats- en federale wetten
(zoals de Amerikaanse auteursrechtwetgeving), of als reactie op een gerechtelijk bevel,
gerechtelijke of gerechtelijke procedure, andere dagvaarding of bevel van de regering, of om op
andere wijze samen te werken met opsporings- of wetshandhavingsactiviteiten.
Seedlink behoudt zich het recht om uw informatie vrij te geven waarvan wij geloven dat deze te
goeder trouw geschikt of noodzakelijk is om voorzorgsmaatregelen te nemen tegen
aansprakelijkheid; om Seedlink en anderen te beschermen tegen fraude, belediging, onwettig
gebruik of illegale activiteiten; ten behoeve van onderzoek en ons te verdedigen tegen
aanspraken of aantijgingen van derden; om handhavingsinstanties bij te staan; om de beveiliging
of integriteit van het platform te beschermen; of om de rechten, eigendommen, veiligheid en/of
veiligheid van Seedlink, onze gebruikers of anderen te beschermen.
Jouw Keuzes
U heeft het recht om het delen van persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie met Seedlink te
weigeren, met als gevolg dat Seedlink niet in staat is om een aantal van de functies en
functionaliteiten die u op platform aantreft aan te bieden.
U hebt toegang tot uw persoonlijke identificeerbare informatie en, onder specifieke

voorwaarden, kunt u uw profiel informatie en/of andere persoonlijke identificeerbare
informatie bijwerken, corrigeren en verwijderen. U kunt uw toestemming voor de verwerking
van dergelijke informatie op elk gewenst moment intrekken, richtlijnen opstellen met betrekking
tot het gebruik van uw persoonlijke identificeerbare informatie na uw overlijden of, meer in het
algemeen, de verwerking van dergelijke gegevens beperken en de overdraagbaarheid van de
persoonlijke identificeerbare informatie aanvragen, door contact op te nemen met Seedlink via
security@seedlinktech.com. U hebt ook het recht om een claim in te dienen bij de nationale
gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.
Gezien het feit dat het platform van Seedlink een geautomatiseerde besluitvorming omvat,
inclusief profilering, willen wij u informeren op welke basis de logica gebaseerd is; iemands
taalgebruik heeft een correlatie met soft skills, persoonlijkheid, psychologie, opleiding, cultuur,
enz., van de betreffende persoon. Op basis van die bewering/logica, maakt het algoritme van
Seedlink, voorspellingen betreffende; hoe goed een individu past in een bepaalde
organisatiecultuur, rol en/ of functie. De gevolgen van deze verwerkingsprocessen voor u zijn;
het helpen van de werkgever bij het nemen van een beslissing ten behoeve van werving &
selectie, opleiding en/of een beslissing te maken op interne mobiliteit.
Houd er rekening mee dat hoewel uw wijzigingen onmiddellijk worden weergegeven in de

actieve gebruikersdatabases, dat de gebruikers die eerder toegang hebben gekregen tot de
inhoud, nog steeds toegang hebben tot kopieën die in het cachegeheugen zijn opgeslagen op
hun apparaat. Deze gegevens en alle informatie die u indient, worden voor verschillende
doeleinden bewaart, inclusief de back-ups en archivering. Dit ten behoeve van preventie van
fraude, misbruik en analyse. Verder blijven afgeleide en analytische gegevens die zijn afgeleid
van of gebaseerd op de informatie die u indient, behouden en kunnen ze voor alle doeleinden
worden gebruikt.
Om uw privacy en veiligheid te beschermen, zijn er verificatie procedures om uw identiteit te

verifiëren voordat we u accounttoegang verlenen of de mogelijkheid bieden om uw gegevens te
corrigeren. U bent te allen tijde verantwoordelijk voor het geheimhouden van uw unieke
wachtwoord en accountinformatie.
DIENSTVERLENING VERSTREKT DOOR DERDEN:
HET PLATFORM BEVAT REFERENTIES EN LINKS NAAR WEBSITES EN DIENSTVERLENINGEN DIE

VERSTREKT WORDEN DOOR DERDEN, INCLUSIEF WERKGEVERS. ALLE PERSOONLIJKE
IDENTIFICEERBARE INFORMATIE DIE U VERSTREKT OP WEBSITES OF DIENSTVERLENINGEN VAN
DERDEN (MET INBEGRIP VAN COMMUNICATIE TUSSEN SOLLICITANTEN OF WERKNEMERS EN
WERKGEVERS) WORDEN RECHTSTREEKS AAN DE DERDE PARTIJ AANGEBODEN EN ZIJN

DATA BEVEILIGING:
Seedlink is geen dienstverlener op het gebied van IT-beveiliging. Hoewel we bepaalde beperkte
fysieke, bestuurlijke en technische veiligheidsmaatregelen inzetten en gebruiken, om de
integriteit en veiligheid van onze systemen en de gegevens die op onze systemen zijn
opgeslagen te verbeteren, is geen enkel fysiek of technisch systeem, proces, transmissie of
opslagmechanisme volledig veilig of immuun van storingen, verliezen, aanvallen, omzeiling,
ontwerp- of implementatiefouten en menselijke fouten. Daarom kunnen en willen we niet
garanderen dat de informatie die u naar Seedlink verzendt, niet verloren gaat of aangetast
wordt, tijdens of na de verzending.
Als Seedlink kennisneemt van een inbreuk op de beveiligingssystemen, dan kan het voorkomen
dat we proberen u via de elektronische weg op de hoogte te stellen, zodat u passende
beveiligingsmaatregelen kunt nemen. Seedlink kan een notificatie van kennisgeving plaatsen via
het platform als een inbreuk op de beveiliging zich voordoet. Afhankelijk van residentie en regio,
hebt u mogelijk het wettelijke recht om een schriftelijke kennisgeving van een inbreuk op de
beveiliging te ontvangen. Als u een kosteloze schriftelijke kennisgeving van een inbreuk op de
beveiliging wilt ontvangen, dan dient u zich aan te melden via security@seedlinktech.com.

INTERNATIONALE BEZOEKERS
Afhankelijk van een aantal factoren inclusief - en niet limiterend tot - uw locatie, de locatie van
de werkgever, de locatie waar u een sollicitatiegesprek heeft en/of de locatie waar u een
training volgt, kan de service worden gehost in China of de Europese Unie.
Als u ervoor kiest het platform buiten de regio's China of de EU te gebruiken, waar andere
wetten en data-regelementen van toepassing zijn, waar wetten betreffende het verzamelen en
gebruiken van gegevens, afwijken van de Chinese en/of EU-wetgeving, dan wijzen wij u erop dat
u uw persoonlijk identificeerbare informatie overdraagt vanuit deze regio's naar de regio's China
of de Europese Unie voor opslag en verwerking. En bij het aandragen van uw persoonlijke
identificeerbare informatie aan Seedlink via het platform buiten de benoemde regio's, stemt u in
met deze overdracht voor opslag en verwerking. Een overdracht gebeurt op basis van de
standaard contractuele clausules afgesloten tussen Seedlink en Werkgever.
AFFILIATES; IN GEVAL VAN FUSIE OF VERKOOP:
Seedlink kan nu of in de toekomst direct of indirect gelieerd zijn aan andere bedrijven, zoals
moederbedrijven en dochterondernemingen (en hun moederbedrijven en
dochterondernemingen) en behoudt zich het recht voor om uw persoonlijke identificeerbare
informatie over te dragen aan een van deze gelieerde bedrijven. In het geval dat het geheel of
een gedeelte van Seedlink of zijn activa wordt verworven door of wordt samengevoegd met een
externe entiteit of wordt onderworpen aan een controlewijziging, kunnen alle of een deel van
de gegevens en informatie in de systemen van Seedlink een van de activa zijn en we behouden
ons het recht om in een van deze omstandigheden alle of een deel van de informatie die we
hebben verzameld van gebruikers in verband met een dergelijke fusie, acquisitie, verkoop of
andere controlewijziging over te dragen of toe te wijzen .
WIJZIGNGEN EN UPDATES VAN DE PRIVACY POLICY
Bezoek deze pagina regelmatig om op de hoogte te blijven van eventuele wijzigingen in dit
privacy beleid. Deze kan periodiek worden herzien naar goeddunken van Seedlink. Als we het
Privacy beleid wijzigen, stellen we het beschikbaar via het platform en vermelden we de datum
van de laatste revisie. In het geval dat de wijzigingen wezenlijk uw rechten of verplichtingen
beïnvloeden, zullen wij u op de hoogte brengen van de wijziging. We kunnen bijvoorbeeld een
bericht naar uw e-mailadres sturen, indien bij ons bekend, of een pop-up of soortgelijke melding
genereren wanneer u de Service voor de eerste keer opent nadat belangrijke wijzigingen zijn
doorgevoerd. Ons gewijzigd Privacy beleid wordt automatisch van kracht zodra het via het
platform beschikbaar wordt gesteld, behalve dat (i) we over het algemeen alleen uw
persoonlijke informatie gebruiken op de manier die wordt beschreven in het Privacy beleid dat
van kracht was toen we de persoonlijke informatie ontvingen en (ii) als u het niet eens bent met
eventuele wijzigingen in het Privacy beleid, kunt u uw account beëindigen door het gebruik van
het platform stop te zetten. Blijft u gebruik maken van het platform nadat het herziene Privacy
beleid in werking is getreden, dan heeft u het actuele Privacy beleid gelezen, begrepen en bent u
akkoord gegaan met de voorwaarden.

Seedlink è impegnata nella protezione dell’integrità e della riservatezza delle
informazioni personali fornite alla piattaforma di Seedlink (il “Servizio”). La presente
informativa descrive le tipologie di informazioni raccolte da Seedlink nonché le
modalità di utilizzo e di divulgazione delle stesse da parte di quest’ultima.
NFORMAZIONI RACCOLTE DA SEEDLINK
Informazioni personali fornite dall’Utente
Seedlink fornisce una piattaforma che consente ai candidati alle posizioni lavorative
(“Candidati”), ai dipendenti (“Dipendenti”) e ai datori di lavoro (“Datori di Lavoro”) di
dedicarsi a una gamma di applicazioni interattive, colloqui, attività di formazione e di
valutazione. Nell’utilizzare la piattaforma gli utenti potranno fornire informazioni
generalmente denominate informazioni che consentono l’identificazione personale
(“Informazioni che consentono l’Identificazione Personale”). Per esempio, oltre a fornire
informazioni standard sul profilo, tra cui il nome, l’indirizzo, il numero di telefono e altre
informazioni simili, i candidati alle posizioni lavorative completano un Colloquio Seedlink
creato da un potenziale datore di lavoro che può comprendere informazioni quali
l’esperienza lavorativa pregressa, le competenze, l’esperienza, lo stile di lavoro, altre
risposte a domande e l’invio di numerose tipologie di supporti anche video e/o audio. Il
trattamento di tali Informazioni che consentono l’Identificazione Personale si basa sul
consenso del candidato.
Le Informazioni che Consentono l’Identificazione Personale sanno inviate al Datore di

Lavoro.
Le Informazioni che Consentono l’Identificazione Personale saranno conservate per un

periodo massimo di due anni dalla comunicazione delle stesse da parte dei Candidati;
il detto periodo potrà essere ridotto in base alla richiesta del Datore di Lavoro nel caso
di esercizio da parte di un Candidato dei propri diritti elencati nella successiva sezione
“SCELTE DELL’UTENTE” .
“Cookie”
Quando l’utente utilizza il Servizio, possiamo inviare uno o più cookie – piccoli file di
testo contenenti una stringa di caratteri alfanumerici – sul suo computer. All’utente sarà
richiesto di accettare la nostra informativa sui Cookie sulla pagina di login. Se l’utente
continua a utilizzare la Piattaforma dopo aver verificato la casella che indica
l’accettazione da parte dell’utente dell’informativa sui Cookie, si riterrà che
quest’ultimo abbia approvato l’uso dei cookie. Seedlink potrà utilizzare sia cookie di
sessione che cookie persistenti. Il cookie di sessione scompare dopo la chiusura del
browser dell’utente. Il cookie persistente rimane dopo la chiusura del browser da parte
dell’utente e potrà essere utilizzato dal browser di quest’ultimo alle visite successive
per il Servizio. I cookie persistenti potranno essere rimossi. Si invita a esaminare il file
del browser Internet dell’utente per apprendere la corretta modalità per la modifica

Si precisa che se l’utente dovesse decidere di cancellare o di non accettare i cookie dal
Servizio, non sarà in grado di utilizzare al massimo le caratteristiche del Servizio.
Informazioni “Raccolte Automaticamente”
Quando l’utente utilizza il Servizio registreremo automaticamente alcune informazioni

dal suo web browser utilizzando tecnologie quali i “clear gifs” o i “web beacon.” Queste
informazioni “raccolte automaticamente” potranno includere l’indirizzo IP (“Indirizzo
IP”) o altro indirizzo o ID del dispositivo, web browser e/o tipologia di dispositivo, le
pagine web o i siti visitati dall’utente immediatamente prima o dopo il Servizio, le pagine
visualizzate dall’utente sul Servizio e le date e orari di visita, accesso o utilizzo del Servizio
da parte di quest’ultimo.
Utilizzo delle informazioni da parte di Seedlink
Seedlink potrà utilizzare in vari modi le Informazioni che consentono

l’Identificazione Personale dell’Utente nella gestione del servizio e della
nostra attività, ovvero:
Seedlink potrà utilizzare le informazioni fornite dall’utente o da noi raccolte per gestire,
mantenere, migliorare e fornire le caratteristiche e i servizi disponibili nel Servizio e
personalizzare il Servizio sulle preferenze e interessi dell’utente; potremo utilizzare
l’indirizzo e-mail dell’utente per contattarlo per scopi amministrativi, per finalità di
assistenza clienti o con riferimento ai contenuti pubblicati dall’utente sul Servizio.
Seedlink potrà utilizzare le informazioni fornite dall’utente o da noi raccolte e/o
aggregate per comprendere e analizzare le tendenze di utilizzo, gli interessi e le
preferenze dei nostri utenti, per migliorare il funzionamento e l’aspetto del Servizio e
per creare nuove caratteristiche e funzionalità. Seedlink potrà utilizzare adesso o nel
futuro informazioni “raccolte automaticamente” e “cookie” per: (a) personalizzare i
nostri servizi quali la memorizzazione delle informazioni in modo da non doverle inserire
nuovamente durante le visite dell’utente o la volta successiva in cui sarà utilizzato il
Servizio; (b) monitorare e analizzare l’efficacia dell’applicazione e delle attività di
valutazione; (c) monitorare i parametri dell’uso aggregato quali il numero complessivo
degli utenti, le pagine e i supporti e le caratteristiche del Servizio utilizzati, ecc.; e (d)
conservare traccia dei dati immessi, dello status, comprese le modalità di interazione
con il Servizio.
Seedlink potrà utilizzare l’indirizzo e-mail dell’utente e le altre Informazioni che

consentono l’Identificazione Personale per inviare e-mail relative ai Servizi cui l’utente
possa essere interessato. L’utente potrà esercitare il rifiuto di ricevere tali comunicazioni
anche mediante link forniti nei messaggi o aggiornando le preferenze dell’account
utente mediante il Servizio.
Casi di Divulgazione delle Informazioni da parte di Seedlink
Non esercitiamo l’attività di vendita delle Informazioni che consentono l’Identificazione

Personale dell’utente. Comunichiamo tuttavia in diverse circostanze le Informazioni che
consentono l’Identificazione Personale dell’utente nell’ordinario esercizio dell’attività,
ovvero:
Il Servizio è costituito da una piattaforma per connettere i Datori di Lavoro con i

Candidati e i Dipendenti e pertanto le Informazioni che consentono l’Identificazione
Personale fornite dai Candidati o Dipendenti saranno condivise con il pertinente
Datore(i) di Lavoro. le Informazioni raccolte Automaticamente da Seedlink potranno allo
stesso modo essere condivise con il Datore(i) di Lavoro.
Seedlink mette a disposizione degli utenti alcuni strumenti di segnalazione del Servizio
per l’esame e la selezione delle domande e delle opportunità, per analizzare e
comprendere i parametri di utilizzo con riferimento alle menzionate domande e
opportunità.
Seedlink può sfruttare alcune informazioni raccolte automaticamente e altre

Informazioni aggregate che non consentono l’Identificazione Personale per assistere tali
parti nel comprendere gli interessi, le abitudini e i modelli di utilizzo degli utenti per
alcuni programmi, contenuti, servizi, annunci pubblicitari, promozioni e/o funzionalità
disponibili mediante il Servizio nonché fornire una serie di diversi analytics, quali
parametri di successo, punteggi unici per la documentazione presentata e altri risultati
statistici o analitici ricavati dalle informazioni inviate dall’utente al Servizio.
Seedlink collabora con fornitori terzi di servizi per fornire l’hosting del sito internet e
dell’applicazione, la trascrizione e il trattamento dei dati nonché altri servizi nei nostri
confronti. Qualora sia necessario per tali fornitori di servizi ai fini del perfezionamento
dei loro obblighi contrattuali nei confronti di Seedlink, questi terzi avranno accesso alle
Informazioni che consentono l’Identificazione Personale dell’utente o le tratteranno. In
generale la politica di Seedlink è quella di effettuare tali divulgazioni secondo i limiti
paragonabili a quelli previsti nella presente informativa, sebbene alcuni grossi fornitori
di servizi, quali i grossi fornitori di hosting, non includono tali limiti nelle condizioni
standard da loro offerte. Alcuni terzi a cui forniamo le Informazioni dell’utente che ne
consentono l’Identificazione Personale autorizzano alcuni enti amministrativi e i servizi
incaricati di fare applicare la legge ad accedere alle informazioni conservate dai
menzionati terzi senza comunicarlo a Seedlink, in alcuni casi ai sensi della legge e in altri
casi volontariamente, e Seedlink non ha alcun controllo su tali attività.
Seedlink potrà inoltre comunicare le informazioni dell’utente ove richiesto dalla legge o
ritenendo in buona fede che tale azione sia necessaria per il rispetto di normative statali
e federali (quale la normativa statunitense sul diritto d’autore), o in risposta a un
provvedimento giudiziario o invito a comparire in giudizio o mandato o altrimenti per
collaborare con l’attività di indagine o di applicazione della legge.
Seedlink si riserva inoltre il diritto di comunicare le informazioni dell’utente che noi
reputiamo, in buona fede idonee o necessarie per adottare precauzioni a fronte di
responsabilità; per proteggere Seedlink e gli altri da usi o attività fraudolente, abusive o
illecite; per indagare e difenderci a fronte di pretese o accuse; per assistere i servizi
statali incaricati di far osservare le leggi; per proteggere la sicurezza o integrità del
Servizio; oppure per proteggere i diritti, beni, la sicurezza e/o per la tutela di Seedlink,
dei nostri utenti o di altri.
SCELTE DELL’UTENTE
L’utente potrà naturalmente rifiutarsi di condividere con Seedlink alcune Informazioni

che consentono l’Identificazione Personale, nel qual caso Seedlink potrebbe non
essere in grado di fornire all’utente alcune caratteristiche e funzionalità disponibili nel
Servizio. L’utente potrà accedere alle Informazioni che consentono l’Identificazione
Personale e in presenza di determinate condizioni l’utente potrà aggiornare, correggere,
cancellare le sue informazioni del profilo o altre Informazioni che consentono
l’Identificazione Personale fornite dall’utente, revocare il proprio consenso al
trattamento di tali informazioni in qualsiasi momento, fissare indicazioni relative
all’utilizzo delle Informazioni che consentono l’Identificazione Personale dopo la morte
dell’utente o più in generale, limitare il trattamento di tali dati e richiedere la portabilità
delle Informazioni che consentono l’Identificazione Personale contattando Seedlink su
security@seedlinktech.com. L’utente ha inoltre il diritto di avviare un’azione legale
dinanzi l’autorità nazionale competente per la protezione dei dati .
In virtù del fatto che il servizio di Seedlink comporta un processo decisionale

automatizzato, compresa la profilazione, informiamo l’utente che la logica sottesa è la
seguente: l’uso del linguaggio di un soggetto è legato alle competenze dell’area
relazionale, alla personalità, alla psicologia, all’educazione, alla cultura, ecc. della
persona e sulla base dell’algoritmo decisionale di Seedlink si formulano delle previsioni
sulla probabile idoneità di un soggetto a far parte di una determinata cultura
organizzativa, ruolo e/o funzione. Le conseguenze di tale trattamento per l’utente
consistono nell’assistere un Datore di Lavoro nell’adottare decisioni concernenti
un’assunzione, la formazione e/o decisioni di mobilità interna.
Si precisa che mentre le modifiche dell’utente saranno tempestivamente inserite nei

database attivi dell’utente, gli utenti che abbiano precedentemente effettuato l’accesso
ai contenuti potranno ancora avere accesso alle copie memorizzate sul loro dispositivo
e noi conserveremo tutte le informazioni presentate dall’utente per svariate finalità,
compresi i backup e l’archiviazione, la prevenzione delle frodi e dell’abuso e gli
analytics. Inoltre i dati derivati e analitici provenienti o basati sulle informazioni
presentate dall’utente, saranno conservati e potranno essere utilizzati per tutte le
finalità.
Per tutelare la riservatezza e sicurezza dell’utente, adottiamo misure ragionevoli per la

verifica dell’identità dell’utente prima di consentire a quest’ultimo l’accesso
all’account o per apportare correzioni alle informazioni dello stesso. L’Utente è tenuto a
mantenere sempre la segretezza della password unica e delle informazioni dell’account.
SERVIZI DI TERZI:
IL SERVIZIO CONTIENE RIFERIMENTI E LINK A SITI INTERNET E SERVIZI FORNITI DA TERZI,

COMPRESI I DATORI DI LAVORO. QUALSIASI INFORMAZIONE CHE CONSENTE
L’IDENTIFICAZIONE PERSONALE CHE SIA FORNITA DALL’UTENTE SU SITI E SERVIZI DI
TERZI (COMPRESELE COMUNICAZIONI TRA I CANDIDATI O DIPENDENTI E DATORI DI
LAVORO MEDIANTE IL SERVIZIO) VIENE FORNITA DIRETTAMENTE AL MENZIONATO
TERZO ED É SOGGETTA ALLE INFORMATIVE DI TALE TERZO RELATIVE ALLA DISCIPLINA
DELLA RISERVATEZZA E DELLA SICUREZZA. NON SIAMO RESPONSABILI DEL CONTENUTO
O DELLE PRASSI O POLITICHE DI RISERVATEZZA E SICUREZZA DI SITI O SERVIZI TERZI I
CUI LINK SONO VISUALIZZATI SUL SERVIZIO. INVITIAMO L’UTENTE A CONOSCERE LE
POLITICHE SULLA RISERVATEZZA E SICUREZZA DEI TERZI PRIMA DI FORNIRE LORO LE

SICUREZZA DEI DATI:
Seedlink non è un fornitore di servizi di sicurezza informatica. Pur adottando alcune

limitate misure di tutela fisiche, gestionali e tecniche concepite per agevolare il
miglioramento dell’integrità e sicurezza dei nostri sistemi e dei dati conservati nei nostri
sistemi, nessun sistema fisico o tecnico, nessuna procedura, trasmissione o meccanismo
di archiviazione è totalmente sicuro o immune da interruzioni, perdite, attacchi,
aggiramenti, errori di progettazione o attuazione e errori umani. Pertanto non possiamo
garantire e non garantiamo che le informazioni trasmesse dall’utente a Seedlink non
saranno perdute o compromesse, durante o successivamente alla trasmissione.
Qualora Seedlink dovesse venire a conoscenza di una violazione della sicurezza dei
sistemi cercheremo di comunicarlo elettronicamente all’utente, in modo da consentire
l’adozione di adeguate misure di tutela. Seedlink potrà pubblicare un avviso tramite il
Servizio nel caso in cui si dovesse verificare una violazione della sicurezza. In base al luogo
in cui vive l’utente quest’ultimo potrà avere il diritto di ricevere la comunicazione scritta
della violazione della sicurezza. Per ricevere una comunicazione scritta gratuita della
violazione della sicurezza dovrete comunicarcelo su security@seedlinktech.com.

VISITATORI INTERNAZIONALI:
In base alla varietà di fattori compresi a titolo esemplificativo, l’ubicazione dell’utente,

l’ubicazione del Datore di Lavoro per cui l’utente sta effettuando un colloquio o
formazione oppure l’ubicazione della posizione lavorativa dell’utente o per la quale
quest’ultimo sta effettuando un colloquio, il Servizio potrà essere gestito In Cina o
nell’Unione europea. Se l’utente sceglie di utilizzare il Servizio da altre regioni del mondo
al di fuori della Cina o dell’UE, ove applicabile, in cui le normative che disciplinano la
raccolta e l’uso dei dati possono differire dalla normativa della Cina o dell’Unione
Europea, si precisa che l’utente sta trasferendo Informazioni che consentono
l’Identificazione Personale al di fuori delle menzionate regioni alla Cina e all’Unione
europea (ove applicabile) per l’archiviazione e il trattamento, e fornendo le Informazioni
che consentono l’Identificazione Personale dell’utente sul Servizio quest’ultimo
acconsente al trasferimento, alla conservazione e al trattamento delle stesse. Questo
trasferimento si verifica ai sensi delle clausole contrattuali standard stipulate da Seedlink
con il Datore di Lavoro.
SOCIETÁ COLLEGATE; EVENTUALITÁ DI FUSIONE O VENDITA:
Seedlink potrà adesso o nel futuro essere collegata direttamente o indirettamente con
altre società quali società capogruppo e consociate (e le relative capogruppo e
consociate) e si riserva il diritto di trasferire le Informazioni che consentono
l’Identificazione Personale dell’utente a qualsiasi delle menzionate società collegate.
Nell’eventualità di acquisizione o fusione di tutta o parte di Seedlink o dei suoi attivi con
una persona giuridica terza o nel caso di modifica del controllo societario, tutti o parte
dei dati e delle informazioni sui sistemi Seedlink potranno rappresentare uno dei beni
coinvolti nella detta operazione e ci riserviamo il diritto, in qualsiasi dei detti casi, di
trasferire o cedere tutti o una parte delle informazioni da noi raccolte dagli utenti
connesse a tale fusione, acquisizione, vendita o altra modifica del controllo societario.
MODIFICHE E AGGIORNAMENTI DELLA PRESENTE INFORMATIVA SULLA PRIVACY:
Si invita l’utente a visitare periodicamente la presente pagina per venire a conoscenza

delle modifiche apportate alla presente Informativa sulla Privacy che potrà essere
oggetto di revisione periodica a discrezione di Seedlink. Nel caso di modifica da parte
nostra della Informativa sulla Privacy, questa sarà disponibile tramite il Servizio con
indicazione della data di ultima revisione. Nel caso in cui le modifiche dovessero alterare
sostanzialmente i diritti dell’utente o gli obblighi ai sensi del presente documento, ciò
sarà comunicato all’utente. Potremo per esempio inviare all’utente un messaggio
all’indirizzo e-mail di quest’ultimo, se disponibile uno in archivio, oppure generare un
pop-up o comunicazione simile nel momento di accesso per la prima volta al Servizio da
parte dell’utente dopo che siano state apportate le menzionate modifiche sostanziali.
La nostra Informativa sulla Privacy modificata sarà automaticamente efficace e messa a

disposizione tramite il Servizio, tranne che (i) generalmente utilizziamo esclusivamente

called personally identifiable information (“Personally Identifiable Information”). For example, in
addition to providing standard profile information, including name, address, phone number, and
other similar information, job candidates complete a Seedlink Interview created by a potential
employer which can include information such as work history, skills, experience, abilities, work
style and other responses to questions, and submissions of a variety of types of media including
video and / or audio. The processing of this Personally Identifiable Information is based on the
Candidates’ consent.

Considering that Seedlink’s service involves automated decision-making, including profiling, we

inform you that the logic involved is the following: a person's use of language is correlated with
the soft skills, personality, psychology, education, culture, etc. of that person and based on that
assertion Seedlink’s algorithms make predictions for how well an individual is likely to fit in a
given organizational culture, role and/or function. The consequences of such processing for you
consist of assisting an Employer in making a decision regarding a recruitment, training and/or
internal mobility decision.

Considering that Seedlink’s service involves automated decision-making, including profiling,

we inform you that the logic involved is the following: a person's use of language is correlated
with the soft skills, personality, psychology, education, culture, etc. of that person and based
on that assertion Seedlink’s algorithms make predictions for how well an individual is likely to
fit in a given organizational culture, role and/or function. The consequences of such
processing for you consist of assisting an Employer in making a decision regarding a
recruitment, training and/or internal mobility decision.

EU law, then please note that you are transferring your Personally Identifiable Information
