eating avocado, you have fruitful results.
As I have mentioned before, avocado reduces hunger and food demand of body. If you have a bowl of
avocado in your lunch, it will keep your stomach full for at least four to five hours and your body won’t
desire for food. If you want to lose weight, but can’t resist eating, then avocado is best for you. It will
keep your stomach full and you will not crave for more food.

Cholesterol is cause of many health problems and doctors recommended to avoid cholesterol rich diet.
Avocado is one of the very few diets which have zero cholesterol.

Avocado has 14.7 grams of fats, 7 mgs of sodium, 8.6 grams of carbohydrates, 6 grams of fiber and 2
grams of protein. You can see for yourself that how balanced everything is. There is no excess of
particular nutrient and all the nutrients are present in avocado in balanced quantity. It won’t be wrong
to label avocado as a nature’s gift.
Despite of all of its benefits, there are some people who should not use avocado. People suffering from
oral allergy syndrome should avoid eating avocado. If you are suffering from oral allergy, you will feel
your mouth itchy and uncomfortable when you eat avocado as your tongue is allergic to its skin. Avoid
it.
There are some medications which have some concentration of warfarin which is also called as
Coumadin. Avocado has naturally tendency to resist effectiveness of Coumadin. So if you are using
medicines which has Coumadin, avoid eating avocado with it.
HOW TO USE
Avocado has a very strong outer layer which is very difficult to peel. Here I am sharing how to handle
that skin.
Another method which you can adopt is that, place avocado in hot water for about 10 to 15 minutes.
This will soften the outer layer and you will be able to remove it easily even with your bare hands.

Due to its immense benefits and increasing demand, more and more farmers are growing avocado every
year. According to global survey of 2012, production of avocado in central Mexico has grown
exponentially. Americans are very much into using avocado as daily part of their diet and are using its oil
for several purposes.
The avocado tree has a long harvest season, so the fruit can be found in most grocery stores year-round.
In California, the growing season lasts from February through September, but avocados are grown in
Mexico all year long.
If you're trying to lose weight, be sure to stick to rational portions. One portion is typically considered to
be a quarter to a half of an avocado — not the whole thing. Although avocados are healthy, they are
also high in calories. Make sure you pay heed to portion sizes if you really want to lose weight.

desired to eat them. As I said earlier, due it increasing demand, Avocado has reached local markets
around the globe and you just have to visit local store to get it. You just need to know local name of this
fruit and you will find it.

different vitamins and minerals, Avocados have high amounts of mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids
