“CORRUPTION IS A TRUE ENEMY TO DEVELOPMENT SAY NO TO
CORRUPTION”

Honesty pay honors it’s take time but corruption will never be a solution of your problem today
you will able to solve this problem through bribe but tomorrow it will create biggest problem of
our society and our new generation say no to corruption for growth and development of our
nation. In some leading cases strict judgment passed which is very necessary these steps may be
not remove the corruption but I am sure these small steps can help to reduce the corruption. The
major steps taken by the government through impose transparency, right to information etc.
Recent judgement passed by the court in the case CBI Vs. RAKHESH KUMAR AND ANR after
analyzing the fact of this case A Delhi Court declare to be guilty a law intern and a Sub Inspector
of Police charged with corruption. According to the judgement of this case Law intern Anshul
who is agree to receive bribe on the part of Assistant Sub Inspector
A Delhi high Court declared Public servant Rakesh Kumar and Anshul law intern both are found
guilty under section 217 of Indian penal court public servant disobeying direction of law, section
13(2) in the prevention of corruption act read with section 13(1)(d) these section framed and
punishable under section 120(b) of Indian penal code punishable of criminal conspiracy read
with section 13(2) read with section 13(1) and under section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption
Act and punishment of three years imprisonment. Court sentenced the ASI and the law intern for
4 years rigorous imprisonment.
More than 60 year of democracy in India there are several rules and regulation are made but
people learn to live with this system and there should be a strict punishment against corrupted
people, so that our nation get the chance to grow without corruption and the person who is
entitled of that position will get the fair chance say no to corruption, government should make
some strict rules and regulation against these type of illegal practices and everyone should say no
to corruption.
