The purpose of this study was to show how gesture can enhance performance. It was an research

study that looked at how surrogacy effects present world and surrogate mother this research tell

about the differ conditions for surrogate mother and law used by the world for the protection of

surrogate mother and reserve the rights of the surrogate and the children surrogate mother face

the issue and challenges during surrogacy the challenges face by surrogate mother in the present

world

The major conclusion to this study was that can be considered as bliss to the society of getting a

child through other means when natural means have no such experience or they may have some

medical complexities. Therefore, it should definitely get the legal status in the India for the sake

and whole of the world can be considered as bliss to the society of getting a child through other

Development of the nations that permit commercial surrogacy might nonetheless better protect

the negative reproductive rights of their female citizens. Negative rights violation can and should

be addressed by the state that permits commercial surrogacy through a strengthened commitment

to women’s empowerment, which it can demonstrate by improving the conditions of

vulnerability that make such offers so difficult for female citizens to refuse.
