A You have read the following newspaper article on the chaotic state of
Spanish tourism nowadays. Write an article, giving your opinion on the current
situation.

Summer could not have come soon enough for the coastal towns on the Spanish
Mediterranean , which are brimming with young travelers from Britain, Germany, France and
Russia in search of the experience of their lives, a rite of passage.

By day, they flock to the main beaches and by night they crowd the streets lined with clubs
called Londoner, Hot Spot or Zoo. Magaluf, in Majorca, is one of such destinations.

As dawn breaks on another sizzling summer’s day in Majorca, thousands of British teenagers
stumble out of a huge dance club at 4am and spill into a seedy street full of neon-lit bars, lap-
dancing joints and cheap kebab takeaways.

It has been a long night in the holiday resort of Magaluf and the main strip, called Punta
Ballena, still pulsates to the deafening boom-de-boom music that started well before
midnight.
