VISION STATEMENT
Next, develop your vision statement: Your vision statement should describe the change you hope to
achieve, in broad terms. Your vision statement should relate directly to your mission. One way to think about
defining a vision statement is to consider, “Once I have successfully implemented this project, THIS WILL
HAPPEN!”

Example of a vision statement: No child at Wilson Elementary School will go hungry on weekends or
holidays
DIRECTIONS: Consult your group mates through your group chat (if you don’t have any, I advise you
start one). You may submit one vision statement for your group, but everyone should submit each worksheet
online through the assessment tab.

To live in a world in which people recognize the intrinsic value of animals and make consistent choices which
exhibit compassion and respect. Also, to give animals a home where they can feel love and safe.
