The system exist two zones, each of the zone is under the control of a single thermostat
(T). The thermostats control the damper motor (DM), which is used to open and close the
dampers. When the thermostat detects temperature in the zone was higher than
expectation, it controls the damper motor to open the damper of the cool air duct and
close the damper of heat air duct and vice versa.

Cooling Tower : Heat transfer from condensing water to air.

Chiller : Heat transfer from chilled water to refrigerant.

Heat transfer from refrigerant to condensing water.

Cooling coil (AHU) : Heat transfer from air to chilled water.
