1. What is visiting hours ? visiting hours are an obligation made by the hospital to
arrange a time of meeting between family and close relatives family of patients who
want to come to meet patients

2. What is the benefit of visiting hours from patient’s perspective? So that patients can
feel always cared for and get support from family and people around them so that
patients do not feel stressed because they are hospitalized but patients will achieve
optimal healing rates

3. What is the benefit of visiting hours from visitor’s perspective? The advantage is that
the family and relatives of the closest patients can gather to pray, share happiness
and joy that they feel to the patient and most importantly to provide support and
motivation that inspires the patient to rise frome they illness do that the patient can
develop motivation in him to recover

4. Why does the hospital need to have visiting hours ? in order to limit the patient’s
family to visit and relatives that can interfere with the patien’s resting time
