Agreement For Field Visit

Hereby I agree to go three days field visit of Low Volume Road Engineering & Deign of RC Bridges
from 2075/11/14 to 2075/11/17 from Surkhet to Malekhu. I will completely follow the teacher's
instructions and the rules mentioned below. I will be responsible myself for my activities beyond teacher's
instructions.

 Students are required to be attentive and respectful towards their teachers.

 Students must not engage in any reckless or unsafe behavior.
 No alcoholic drinks are allowed during visit time and on the bus.
 No coarse language with each other and teachers.
 Students must respect the learning environment around target field area.
Students Avoiding These rules will be having NQ in Geology and Will be submitted to local
police and parents will be informed immediately
