The advice that the title give is that if you eat an apple a day, you are going to be
healthy and you will not have to go to the doctor.

Yes I think that if you talk of this advice, people will eat healthier and their health will
improve because eat healthy have a lot of advantages.

1. Prevention is better than cure.

Yes I think it is true because sometimes it is better to act before something bad
happen.

I also think that it is true because if you eat junk food, you will be very fat.

3. Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.

I think that this is false because if you sleep the necessary hours it is not important to
go bed early and rise up early.

Yes. Be as an oak and it means an old person that have good health.

One of the situaton that make me feel stressed are the exams because if I have a lot of
exams, I don’t have a lot of time to do other things.

I deal with the stress making exercise because is a way to clear your head of exams.
