When there is a short-cut circuit at the end of the line, the sensitivity coefficient shall be: When there is a short-cut circuit at the low-voltage side of the power distribution transformer, the _WXH-820A Microcomputer-Based Line Protecticn Measurement & Control Device sensitivity coefficient shall be: = titan = 89 gg. 1, 480 The protection action time delay T is thought to be consistent with the lower protection time limit, t1=12+ At tis to be taken 0.5 second 7.1.4 Voltage component setting ‘The low voltage shall be set based on the principle of avoiding the busbar minimum running voltage. That is: Ud2z=Uthminy (KkxKf In the above formula, the busbar minimum voltage Ufhmin is generally to be taken (0.9 ~0.95) rated voltage. Kk reability coefficient: 1.15~1.25. Kf resetting coefficient: 1.15 7.2 Over voltage protection in zero sequence direction In the system that the 6~10kv neutral point is indirectly earthed, zero sequence current protection takes advantage of the characteristic that the zero sequence current of the fault wire is higher than that of the wire without fault to cut off the fault wire selectively. The active currert of the protection is higher than the Zero sequence current running through the circuit due to the external earthing fault, itis: Jay, = Ky lagy t3UOC,) Kee refers to reliable factor with the value range of 4~5. It serves to protect against protection errors due to the transient state component of the capacitance current; U, represents the voltage when the busbar is in the normal phase; w refers to angular frequency; Co refers to the ground capacitance of the protected Circuit; lasqv refers to the unbalanced current produced by normal load current. For those cable line whose Isa iS Quite small, it can be ignored, The flexible factor of the protection Cos refers to the equivalent ground capacitance of each phase of the whole system in the minimum. operation way. The more the outlets are in the substation, the larger the Coz will be and the more flexible the protection is. The flexible factor of overhead line shall be larger than or equal to 1.5. while the flexible factor of cable line shall be larger than or equal to 1.25. Zero sequence current protection is usually used in the current earthing system, and the setting method is similar to the setting calculating method of over current protection. 7.3 Three-phase reclosing a. The time of the three-phase reclosing in unilateral power circuit should not only be longer than that of drifting away due to the outage of fault point, but also shall be longer than the time that the disconnector and the operation mechanism take to come back to the original state and get access to reaction, b. The time of the three-phase reclosing in the bilateral power circuit should take the factor of unilateral power circuit reclosing into consideration, but also shall consider the possibility that the protection device in both sides of the circuit shall cut off the fault pointin different times. The setting time of the reclosing should be equal to the time that the action time of the delay protection with enough flexible factor in the opposite direction of the circuit plus the deionization time and time margin which is enough for fault point to shut down, and then minus the fixed time of the relay closing, itis WXH-820A Microcomputer-Based Line Protection Measurement & Control Device In the equation tthe setting time of the reclosing; ‘te—the action time during the delay of the offside protection; ts—the three-phase reclosing time is more than or equal to 0.3s when powering off; te—the fixed time of the relay closing ‘4:—time margin C. For the sub circuits, itis required to consider that there is enough time for fault points to power off and deionize when setting the time of reclosing if the offside and sub-branch relays are tripping successively. d. In order to increase the success rate of the reclosing of circuit, it is appropriate to prolong the action time of the reclosing. The action time of once a three-phase reclosing in unilateral power circuit shall not be less than 19; if choose the twice reclosing, the action time shall not be less than 5s. ‘The once three-phase reclosing in multiple loop paralleled bitateral power circuit, the action time on the side of non-current inspection shall not be less than 5s. Check and corresponding period components: the bilateral power crcuit shall not only use the unilateral line of the stepout reclosing, but also be equipped with a check aid corresponding period reclosing in each lateral to protect against the damage to the device caused by non-corresponding period reclosing. The setting angle of check and corresponding period shall bear the most unfavorable condition in which the impulse current of small power generator should not exceed the allowable value. The angle of check and corresponding period reclosing in general circuit is set at about 30° Check and no-voltage components: the rate shall be flexible enough for setting in normal rated voltage: Ud2=UniKim In the equation Un refers to the rated voltage of the circuit, Kim refers to the flexible rate with a range of 2~4; Check and no-voltage setting value is usually 0.5 UN These setting values of multi-reclosing needs to be set Blocking time limit of reclosing (Tbs); if it needs to protect the trioping action after it is reclosed in this period, the reclosing shall discharge, and not to start the reclosing. Therefore, the time limit of reclosing (twice, three times) should longer than that of the blocking, ‘The regressing time of reclosing: Considering that the time will be prolonged for long of the column switch in the power distribution network, it needs to lengthen the regression time of reclosing. If reclosing happens when it excesses its regression time limit, then it will be measured as another reclosing action. 7.4 Acceleration protection ‘The setting value of the current before acceleration should be set in accordance with the last-lever circuit. 7.5 Low circle and low voltage load shedding The setting value of low circle and low voltage load shedding shall be calculated according to the system parameters by users or shall be controlled and delivered by the upper class. 7.6 Overload protection Itis required to avoid the maximum load of the current when the electromotor is enabled willK The reliable factor Kiet 1,15~1,12; the regression factor Ke: 0.97 WXH-8204 Microcomputer-Based Line Protection Measurement & Control Device 7.7 Abnormal detection of TV When the control word of "TV abnormal voltage-decreased component” chooses the value “1"in the * abnormal setting value of TV, if abnormal action happens to TV, itis required to drop out of the directional and voltage over current protection section. The low circle and low voltage load shedding protections have nothing to do with the control word and busbar TV drops out of the low circle and low voltage load shedding protections. 8.
