Invitation to Bid for Provision of 35 gage corrugated Iron sheet ,di erent type of Nail and ,
Humanitarian grade 1 (4mx5m)  Tarpaulin  Ref. No. WVE/SCM/ 000135/20

World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) is an International Humanitarian Christian Organization whose objective is
to provide holistic and integrated development and emergency response programs in the country.
World Vision’s work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with
the church, civil society and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, HIV
and AIDS, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are
implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting
and building the capacity of families and communities.

World Vision Ethiopia would like to invite eligible manufactures and whole sellers   for the provision of
the following items:

Eligible Manufacturer and whole seller shall submit the Financial proposal (Quotation) in sealed and
stamp envelope including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer’s
Registration, VAT Registration that have all been renewed and valid to the current scal year and
quality con rmation certi cate

 
 Financial proposal / Quotation/ must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for
the purpose on or before 12:00 am on March 24, 2020.

Please note that

1.         The submitted documents will be opened by WVE Procurement committee and the winner
bidder will be communicated via email.

2.         The  o ce and factory will be visited by our technical team

3.         Quality con rmation Certi cate is mandatory (if the company fails to attach the Ethiopian
Conformity Assessment Enterprise Certi cate , it will automatically be rejected )
4.         WVE will use any additional criteria in order to check the quality of the product

5.         Bidders are required to provide sample for the requested products  
The winner will be obliged to issue CPO or equivalent unconditional bank guarantee amounting 5% of
the estimated contract value in favor of WVE.
World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
