Triple Warmer (TW) Four Point

1. TW sedating points for 2 minutes each side:


Hold TW10 with Stomach 36 on one side of the body, then repeat on the other side.

2. TW strengthening points for 1 minute on each side of the body:


Hold TW3 with Gallbladder 41 on one side of the body, then repeat on the other side.

3. TW sedating points again for 1 minute on each side of the body:


Hold TW10 with Stomach 36 on one side of the body, then repeat on the other side.

4. TW balancing points for 1 minute on each side of the body:


Hold TW2 with Bladder 66 on one side of the body, then repeat on the other side.
