YOGA BREAK
Relax and meditate.
1. Place your hands on your lap with
your palm facing upward. Inhale while
bringing your arms up and interlacing
your fingers. Stretch it up to the
ceiling. And then release your arms
while exhaling. (16 counts)
YOGA BREAK
Relax and meditate.

2. Slowly rotate your head


from left to right and change
direction (right to left). (8
counts each)
YOGA BREAK
Relax and meditate.
3. Place your right ear to your
right shoulder while placing your
right hand over your left side of
your head. Change direction.
(left) (8 counts each)
YOGA BREAK
Relax and meditate.
4. Make a circling motion using
your shoulders going to the back
from the front and change
direction (front to back). (8
counts each)
YOGA BREAK
Relax and meditate.
5. Raise your right hand up while
stretching the right side of your
body. Change direction (left side
and left arm) (8 counts each)
YOGA BREAK
Relax and meditate.
6. Place your right hand on top of
your left knee and turn your
upper body to the right then
inhale and exhale. Change
direction (left hand on right
knee). (8 counts each)
YOGA BREAK
Relax and meditate.
7. Turn your whole body on the right
side and interlace your fingers behind
your back. Change direction put your
Interlace hands in front of your chest
then stretch. Lean your chest slowly
forward while putting your head in
between your left and right arm. (8
counts each)

Treatment Modality: Groups
What’s the catch? This will help you identify
experiences from which you derive pleasure,
comfort, and enjoyment through each of their five
senses.
INSTRUCTIONS: Create five columns on a piece of
paper, labeling each with one of the five senses:
touch, taste, smell, sight, and sound. Think about
and write down the experiences that give you
pleasure through each of your senses.
