1. Topic: Gender differences in leadership style: A comparative analysis in Hai Duong organizations.

2. The reason why study this topic: Because I am studying business management, I have a certain
interest in leadership and management. Moreover, gender differences have a significant
influence on leadership style which is an interesting topic. Therefore, I decided to choose this
topic to study.
3. The purpose: The goal of this study is to understand the differences between the leadership
styles of male and female in business. In addition, this article will also point out the effects of
gender on the leadership style of each gender.
