 Responsible for the support function in International Business.
 Co-ordinating pre-sales and post sales activities.
 Maintaining database for sales (MIS) and updating to reporting manager.
 Seeking dynamic person with very good analytical skills & business Acumen.
 Ability to build & maintain excellent relationship with clients for a long term business.

Detailed Job Profile -

This profile will be an important B2B marketing role to support the business. The position would
report directly to Head – Marketing. The role would give the candidate a much larger exposure
of International customers and the selected candidate would be groomed in 6-12 months for the
frontend marketing. The candidate should be willing to travel to various customers in the region
assigned to generate business going forward. The profile would include the following broad
responsibilities:

 Interdepartmental coordination with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, IP to


provide prompt responses to European customers
 Tracking customer enquiries with a close follow up to convert to business. This includes
maintaining one master document including opportunity tracker for all BD related
discussions by coordinating with sales managers (product wise and customer wise)
including the price offered (major leads including the customer feedback can be tracked
step wise)
 Arrange for documentation (ODMF, ROS, Specifications, PSD histograms,
questionnaire, LOA, retest COAs, certifications, registration documents and all other
regulatory requests) for all European BD activities with customers

 Front end exposure to Domestic/ International customers for BD support including CDA,
documentation, other requests
 Consolidation of Customer requests manager wise for QA helpline with pending and
closed status
 Sample/ Impurities/ WS tracking for all regions with approval status of each customer
 Coordinate with R&D / IP for patent related and other technical queries of various
customers
 Follow up with IP for patent related queries of various customers
 Generate Secondary market reports to include Business Intelligence within the group
 Follow up with R&D team for other technical queries
 Others – Agendas, customer visits etc.
