1. According to me learn about the patient we as a nurse should be able to carry out the duties
and responsibilities as a nurse such as promises and oaths that have never been said do not
discriminate Under basic duties, rank, position, ancestry, class, nation and religion will not be
determined.
especially in this complaint, elderly patients who really need help from us. we should be more
polite to patients. think of elderly patients as our people that we must care for and look after.

2. My opinion complaints like the one above often occur in hospitals. a nurse should further
improve her performance for the patient's recovery. nurses must assist patients in meeting
physical and psychological needs so that patients recover quickly from their illness. And the
family should also help to cure the patient

1. ADL for patient is Basic ADL, often called ADL only, is the basic skills that a person must
have to think, eat & drink, toilet, bath, decorate. There is also a category of defecation and
urination in this basic ADL category. In other literature also included mobility capabilities like :

 Eat (if food must be chopped first = assisted)


 transfer from wheelchair to bed and back (including sitting on the bed)
 Personal hygiene (washing your face, combing, shaving your beard, brushing your teeth)
 Up & down toilet / toilet (take off / wear clothes, cool, flush toilet)
 Bath
 Walk on flat surfaces(or if you can't walk, you can pedal yourself)
 Go up & down stairs
 Get dressed
 Control the anus
 Bladder control

2. She is about nurse Jones sometimes refused to help her father to eat and Nurse Jones is very
impolite and treats her father like child and other treatment
